    I brought my car in to have the brakes checked. I had the front brakes replaced and they said back brakes were still good. I have been going to this garage for years and have always been happy with there work!

    They are a little more expensive, the rest was fine. I would use them again. They were able to get me in fairly quickly and they have a nice waiting room with wifi to wait in while your vehicle is being done. They completed the service promptly, it was not a long wait to get that done.

    It took about four hours to complete the work. They were friendly and personable. They didn't explain what they did they just did. I think they should not charge for their shuttle service. I think it should be complimentary.

    They are very responsive to the customers needs. They are very friendly and affordable for what you get. They are outstanding. We moved a little further away, I wish they were closer so I could go to them. It's hard to find mechanics that really take care of you and don't try to sell you a lot of stuff.

    We brought in a car that was not running. They had the car for over a month, charged us $1,000.00 and they did nothing to cure the problem. They would fix other issues and tell us that was the issue of the car not running. When we would get it back, the car wouldn't run continually so we would bring it back and they would fix something else and we did this for over a month and the bills got up to a $1,000.00. We told them they were not going to touch the car again, they never fixed it.
    We don't believe that they were sincere and they did not correctly service the problem. We don't know if they were just not knowledgeable or the reason for the incorrect servicing. We felt that they were completely dishonest. They would have to get their reputation cleared and prove that they changed all the bad service we had. I felt that they did a poor job.

    We've been dealing with them for years. I think we've bought like 17 cars from them. There are times when we are waiting for recall parts for weeks and for a while it was hard to get in to get an oil change because they had limited their garage hours. Basically I think its not on the car dealership and its in the garage part.

    It went well. It was an emergency fix and so they fit me in even though they ever visibly busy. They called to give updates throughout the process. They took care of contacting my warranty company. Called with a final price. Done in a very speedy time.

    I use a synthetic blend. I only take my cars there. We've gone to them for years and they've always been great every time that we've gone. I don't feel that they talk down to me. They explain things very well. They will negotiate with you on service, so if they are recommending a full service package of sort and you only want to do part of that, they're good with that. There's no hard pitch sale. They listen to you. They take what you want into consideration. You don't feel like you're being sold something.

    They did a GREAT job.  The work done matched all the reviews I read.  I live in C*** Rapids and they are in Eden Prairie and it was worth every mileand dollar spent to get this done.  They have my business and everyone should give them a try.  
    I had dropped the car & key of on Sunday evening and by mid-afternoon they called me to say it was done.  That's when I asked them how the front floor mats turned out, because they had been badly stained by some car mechanics.  He told me that they lightened up pretty good.  I asked if he would try again, but maybe with something stronger.  He said, 'sure and recommened that perhaps a solvent would do the job.'  I said that would be great & I hoped he didn't mind.  He said they would give it a try.  Then I told him I couldn't get there until later in the week.  He told me that it would be outside during the day, but that they would pull it in at night.  As it turned out, I was able to get it on Tuesday evening.  My car is just gorgeous and I'm delighted with the job they did.
    NOW, I am ready to sell it and proud that it looks so grand.

    I made an appt to have my jeep checked out since it stalled on me while I was driving.  The power steering and power brakes when out.  Luckily I was only going 40mph on a back road and not 65MPH on the highway.  The earliest they could get me in was almost a week out. I made the appt for 7AM on the 10th of June and dropped it off the night before.  I called at 3:30pm on my way home to see if it was ready since I hadn't heard back from them.  After over 1/2 hour of waiting on hold I finally got a service rep who said they hadn't even tested it yet.  I finally received a call the next morning at 10:30AM letting me know they couldn't see any issues and they tried to duplicate the issue.  In the meantime, I had done research and found out it seems to be a typical problem with the TIPM.  I've only had the used Jeep for less than 6 months.  I have the extended warranty which of course, doesn't cover the cost of the $1500 part.  It is a 2011 Grand Cherokee.  Many vehicles are covered under a recall for this, but mine isn't one of them.  The service rep was nice, but they are obviously way too busy to answer the phone or contact people.  I feel the service is inadequate and though I love my Jeep, I do not feel comfortable driving it now since I don't know when the "stalling" will happen again.  It was very scary.  I am seriously thinking of trading it in for a different brand elsewhere.  I am very disappointed in their product and their service.
