    Absolutely Guaranteed Appliance Repair
I wasn't there when Al did the work but my husband relayed that he was very professional, very friendly and even showed up early for the appointment (he called me first to make sure it was ok to do so). There was a part needed that wasn't in stock at the distributor so Al drove back to his shop to get it and then came back. Stove works beautifully, like brand new. We are very happy we called him - the price was reasonable and certainly much less than a new stove would have cost.

It was part of the monthly package. Because the refrigerator was so old, they pronounced it dead. So they were not able to repair it, they pronounced it dead. They said, "We're unable to repair it," and they wrote a report so that I could submit to their company once I had bought my new refrigerator and they would give me a rebate as part of the monthly package that I had.

    Appliance Doctors
I can do the routine stuff on most of our appliances.  Anyway I checked both solenoids and the igniter.  These all tested out okay.  I didn't know what else to check so I called Appliance Doctors.  They said it would be $66 for a service call and they thought that the igniter and solenoids weren't getting power.  This turned out to be true.  There was a burned out fuse in the dryer.

Appliance Doctors were prompt and professional.  I am surprised that they don't have more reviews. I will recommend Appliance Doctors to friends and family.

I used this provider to clean my dryer vent months ago. They did an ok job so I called them back to do the furnace cleaning this year. They did that ok as well, except the vent was falling off outside. When my dishwasher broke, I called them to repair and asked them to look at vent and see if them cleaning the dishwasher when they did furnace (extra service provided for discount when here) is why it no longer worked. They told me it was heating element, I told them to order parts and fix. They brought heating element and put it in. No testing nothing (the dryer vent wasn't attached properly, they did fix that). When I used the dishwasher I found out that the thing still wasn't drying. I called company again and said it wasn't working. They came early and when I told them they needed to come back in 10 minutes they were rude. They did NO testing again, but sent me an invoice saying it was now the mother board that needed replacing for an additional fee. I called in and asked about it, they left a message stating that they wont credit me the heating element (wrong thing they fixed) and that I need to pay more to have this fixed. Keep in mind that NO TESTING was done so I don't believe that this will fix it either. I called back after receiving message on Nov 26th and never got a call back.  I will NOT use this company nor recommend them to anyone.

Chris called me back quickly to discuss what the issue with our dishwasher was. He was willing to connect with our tenants directly to arrange a time that was convenient for them. I really appreciated how thorough he was with the explanation of the problem and resolved the issue quickly. He also accepts payment over the phone so that was really convenient. Thanks Chris!!

    Pronto Heating & Air Conditioning
We were supposed to have someone at our home on May 28, between 11-1PM. I received a call at 12:30 letting me know that the tech was running late. I let them know that they had to be at our home before 2:30 or we'd have to reschedule. I was assured that they would be there. At 3:15, I finally called to reschedule for the following day. The tech who showed up told us that we had a small leak and needed to have our refrigeration recharged. It was $395 to have that done. When I asked what the cost to replace the unit would be, he let me know that it would be "right around $8,500". I opted to have the refrigeration recharged. It never fixed anything and our AC never cooled our house. Then, I was overcharged on my invoice by the $69 this offer was giving me, so I had to call to have it changed that same day. I emailed to let them know that things were still not working, since it was after hours. They called back and left a message at 10PM. I called the next morning. Played phone tag with two different people for a day and a half and then they stopped returning my phone calls. Now, I am out $400 with an air conditioner that still doesn't work.

    Direct Home Appliance Service
I first called and talked to Jon, telling him that our three year old Whirlpool dishwasher was making grinding-type noises...This had started just a few days before my call.
Jon said that he could send someone out LATER THAT DAY - which he did.
Trevor, after running it a few times - then taking the dishwasher out from under the counter, took it apart - EVEN TO THE EXTENT
OF THE MACHINE'S MOTOR ...and removed the "cause" of the noise: a simple plastic piece called the "cooling pad", which had
been a part of that motor.  He said that he will need to remove the entire motor; found that one could be had by Monday-next (two days away!) - but that it would be Okay to run the dishwasher a few times with the piece taken out of the motor.
Trevor arrived - as promised - on Monday; replaced the motor...And now it runs like new!

Called on 4/25/2014 and left message about issue that freezer door wouldn't stay closed tightly. Chris called me back within a hour or so and I described problem. We agreed that it was a bottom cam that wore out and he could replace part on Monday afternoon.
Chris was prompt and called before he came. He removed door and replaced cam and adjusted door. It took about 20 minutes to preform service and would not hesitate to use them again.

    Appliance Care
I have an older Kitchenaid washer, that although in very good condition, has started to act up recently. On 1-18-14, the washer
stopped during the wash cycle with the tub full of water. I called Appliance Care LLC and spoke with Chris. Chris was familiar with my washer since I had him out for a repair back in August which was for an unrelated issue.
Chris was enroute to another repair, but said he would call me as soon as he completed that job and let me know that he was on his way. He followed through with the call and was at my home approximately an hour and a half later. As with the previous house call in August, Chris was professional, knew what he was doing and resolved the issue promptly.
Needless to say, since this is my second experience using Appliance Care LLC with excellent results, I would definitely recommend Appliance Care LLC to friends.

I left Al a voice mail on 12-30; he called back on 12-31 (a holiday).  I already had an appointment set up with another company, but I felt this was an appropriate amount of time to call me back, considering he's probably one of the busiest people on Angie's List.  When I want a quick response I look for mid-popular companies with good ratings.
