We had new siding installed and needed lighting and outlet work done. Shaun was very courteous and professional. As with most older homes, additional work was needed and he explained why. We are happy with the outcome.

Excellent. I called Edison and they had a tech to my home within an hour. Removal of the ceiling fan involved the tech (Dyle) having to go up into the attic to release a bolt. Dyle installed a new dimmer switch and electrical ceiling box and had a complex job done in 2 hours. I could never have done this by myself. This was worth every penny I paid to have a trained professional do it.

It all went very well. After the initial junction box repair, power was restored to several circuits that had not been working. After both repairs they did for my home I was left feeling confident that the work was done to code and done well.

Excellent. I first used Pro Services in 2015 when I bought my house and needed the interiors painted. Mr. Castillo's crew did a great job on that project and gave me a fair price. In Spring 2017, I called Mr. Castillo back to take a look at a bathroom that needed remodeling. The quote he provided was very fair, many times lower than a quote I received from a different contractor. Mr. Castillo showed me pictures of other bathrooms he'd done, and we settled on an overall look that I was going for. Pro Services works well for people who know exactly what they want as well as people who don't have any idea. If you're a control freak, Mr. Castillo can do the job to your exact specifications. If you're looking for a contractor who can bring ideas to the table, Pro Services does lots of custom work for pricier homes in the Twin Cities, and can bring that experience to your project. They do all types of jobs, big and small. They never made me feel insignificant for my small bathroom remodel. The job itself was done really well. The demo of the old bathroom was done quickly, they used special drywall that deals best with moist environments like bathrooms. The Pro Services team brought several things up to code, such as electrical, that were not up to code in the old bathroom. I also had them install a proper venting fan which they were able to do without issue. They gave me total autonomy over choosing everything from toilet, sink, shower, and other fixtures, as well as tile and paint. When certain choices were out of stock, they worked with me to get something close to my vision. The team was the total package able to do drywall, flooring tile work, paint, toilet install, shower build out and plumbing work, as well as the previously mentioned electric and fan venting. All top notch. The same can be said for the interior house painting they did for me back in 2015. Pro Services showed me pictures of what was trending in home paint at the time, and I opted to go in that direction to give my home a more modern look. The home had not been painted since the 60s. Mr. Castillo's team got me a good deal on paint, and knew that I was anxious to get moved into my new home, so they worked through the night to get the job done so I could get moved in. There were no spills or slip-ups, and Mr. Castillo is very receptive to feedback, so if you see something needing special attention you are encouraged to bring it up. For the number of man hours spent on the project, the cost of materials, and the attention to detail, I thought the project was very well worth the money and feel that I got a very good deal.

The service was fantastic! Due to the sale of the house we needed someone out relatively quickly, we were able to get an appointment the same week. The electrician was there right away at the specified time and the work was completed that morning within the hour. Will definatly use this company for all electrical needs in the future!

I was quoted a price over the phone of $140 an hour for service and between $200 and $250 total for the work to be performed. That quote was to create a new circuit and run a wire from my circuit breaker box, across the basement and up to my ceiling. When the electrician arrived, it occurred to me that we already had a wire right below the kitchen that used to be used for a cook top, before we converted to a gas cook top. My thinking was that the final price would be less than the original quote since this was obviously less labor and material. Did not think of asking for an estimate from the electrician at my home, since I had been quoted an hourly rate. It took the electrician less than an hour to do the job. I even helped the electrician by removing the microwave from the wall myself. When he got off the phone with the owner after work was performed, I was floored to hear a price of $295. Felt taken advantage of, will not use this provider again.

I purchased the Angie's List deal for 2 electricians for 2 hours.  They arrived on time and went straight to work replacing multiple light fixtures.  My house is almost 100 years old, and has interesting challenges due to the age of the systems and the multiple "handy" owners who have put their mark on repairs over the years.  They were able to deal with all the oddities and replaced a totals of 6 fixtures within the allotted time.

They were very pleasant and informative.  I will have them back to do additional work.

I called and Tony was able to make it out the next day.  I thought re-routing a new wire would be more expensive and harder to do than it turned out to be.  Fair price, able to come over quickly, professional, courteous, quality work.  Will be my first call for future electrical problems / projects.

Responded quickly and provided very detailed, helpful advice.  Very knowledgeable staff member answering phone.  Never hired, but would hire if needed.  Unfortunately, in order to get quote to physically see and give me more detailed information as to what might be required and what is possible to pass inspection, especially regarding venting, I was asked to pay a hefty charge for someone to come out.  Furthermore, staff advised me that it may be possible to bypass charge by a possible coupon on Angie's List, which doesn't exist.  I believe that because of their knowledge and experience I would not hesitate to hire them if that trip charge would not exist.  I believe all things are possible, even a tough inspection given inspectors are amiable toward homeowners' requests and there may be possible alternative ways and/or waivers, if only some effort would have taken place to come out to give me options. I was ready to hire, but instead went to another contractor.

There were some expensive additional items but they were explained well and accepted.

The electrician is very professional; his helper, less so, especially in dress. He just looked sloppy.
