ACraftsman's Choice IncOur original project of residing, roofing, and portico design with Craftsman Choice was done in 2015. We have been highly satisfied with the outcomes of this project. Residing with Hardie board and adding a portico transformed and updated our 1960s home to fit into the neighborhood of tear downs and new builds. Our project was well managed within the agreed on budget and timeline. We experienced some minor storm damage summer 2020. Most of our neighbors called on unknown companies of storm chasers to evaluate potential roof and siding damage. We choose to call Craftsman's Choice, feeling confident they would give us an honest answer about any damage with a desire to maintain the integrity of their product and reputation as an installer. Ben and his team responded to our request promptly and repaired the damage to its original state. We have total confidence in the repair and that Ben and team will be there for us in the future if we have further questions or need to call on them to maintain the integrity of our home. ANorthrup Remodeling, Roofing & ExteriorsChris and his team were excellent! At a time when contractors are spread so thin, every effort was made to get someone to us in a timely manner to get through our rather piecemeal series of jobs to do. We made the decision to list our home, and when I reached out to them to let them know this, they found a way to bump us up a couple of weeks on the calendar. We have an older south Minneapolis home, so needless to say, things have settled. The doors each took some time to install, but they look great and they're level. The guys they sent in were friendly (it can be quite awkward having people in and out of your personal space, but they were always easy to engage with). APatrick Miller Construction IncWe had an old roof that experienced rows of shingles separating after hail damage and high winds this fall. We needed a new roof. Our siding was also in bad shape. We discussed our problem with different contractors. Patrick Miller Construction clearly stood out and we chose them to help us. Our Patrick Miller construction project consultant was Justin Smith. He was outstanding. He worked with our State Farm insurance adjuster to help him notice recent damage to our roof. Justin also pointed out hail damage to our siding. We had not even considered that State Farm might pay for siding. Because of Justin’s help and expertise, State Farm paid for all of our roof and some of our siding. Justin used a roofing crew and a siding crew that each did excellent work. The work was done on time and at a fair price. The roofing and siding crews worked long and hard in November to finish before winter. Justin regularly monitored their progress. Justin also was helped us choose colors for new shingles and new siding. People walking by our house routinely tell our house looks great. We cannot imagine another company doing a better job than Patrick Miller Construction did. We also cannot imagine a more helpful project consultant than Justin Smith. He is personable, experienced, fun and extremely competent. Even our dog likes Justin!- David H.

AKeyprime Roofing & RemodelingKeyPrime was very professional and knowledgeable; I initially inquired about a couple windows to replace, but they suggested that we might have hail damage on our roof, which was in need of replacement. They worked with my insurance company, did everything possible to maximize my dollars from the insurance company, applied for city permit and did very good work. The roof and gutters and gutter covers look great, and my whole house has had a facelift!- Mark G.

AI used All American for the hail damage done to my home from the June 2017 storm. Jimmy took all of the work of worrying about the insurance company off of my shoulders. My roof was originally approved by my insurance company for only a partial fix, but after the partial fix was done the replacement areas were noticeable due to my original shingles being discontinued. All American knew what was needed and diligently updated the insurance company with anything and everything they needed, from pictures, to shingle samples, and even code regulations for Minnesota. Jimmy was able to get the full roof replacement approved, along with my custom bent fascia, and gutters. I also had All American replace my old wooden windows to new vinyl windows. Everything looks beautiful and I'm very happy with All American, Jimmy and his crew that helped keep me updated throughout the process.
