CI was very happy with Victor when he responded to my request the next day and were able to start working very quickly and completed the work on time. They work very hard and they accommodate change of plans very well. I was happy with the fact that they were open and willing to negotiate. They were humble and the workers were very respectful and flexible. Just make sure you are clear about your expectations and address all issues immediately.

BI had a massive interior paint job I needed complete on a quick timeline. I received quotes from Durapro and two other paint companies. Durapro was the most expensive, but I went with them because I truly felt they would do the best job. Andrew was kind and responsive, and immediately made me feel I was in good hands. We went through my estimate in detail, which included some specific details to expect in their process and execution. When it came to painting, there were a few gaps in what Andrew and I discussed and what was happening here. All of it was adjusted and corrected, but left me with a sense that I had to double check things along the way (which I did not want to have to do). While I'm happy with the end result, I'm a bit uneasy about the gaps in communication. It didn't stop me from reaching out on additional paint work I need done, but when I did that I never heard back at all. For that reason, I will not be reaching out to hire again.

AJohn was fabulous! He not only did really great work, but he was a huge resource to my husband and I as we worked to plan all of our indoor and outdoor painting projects. He became a trusted resource (like a family friend) as he made recommendations on stain type, colors, and the project work. I totally trust his opinion, his teams work was superior and I would and will absolutely hire his company for our next project. Pricing was very competitive and I feel that we really received value for what we paid.
