    FirstChoice were fantastic! They made the entire process super easy. They worked directly with my insurance company and the whole thing was painless. Their work was outstanding and everyone I talked with was professional. I would definitely use them again for roof or siding replacement.

    We had hail and wind damage our roof and siding. First Choice Exteriors worked with our insurance company to make sure that everything was covered. Once the work started they made sure that me and my kids could get to the car safely. The production manager, Dave Mack was on site the whole time. The roof, siding and gutters were done perfectly and the clean up was A+. We would recommend First Choice to all of our friends, neighbors, and family.

    Sam came out on time for appointment and was great at giving information as to what and why they were suggesting specific pruning. Tom and crew came out on day of cutting and we're friendly and explained the process well. The quote was a mid-range one but the folks that had the lower ones didn't seem to be as knowledgeable. We really appreciated their work and definitely will be calling them in future!

    All the original review posts about this business are right. Look below. That said.. I purchased a "refurbished horn" from Jason. I took it out of the case and it would not play. It would make noise but only music to the tone deaf. I took it to a couple reputable professionals in the area and they said it needed to be totally refurbished. When I told them where I got it they laughed and said they were sorry I did business with him.. apparently this rep is known. So if you don't believe my review then ask around to the reputable instrument repair shops. Also I thought I was getting a "deal" turns out I got what I paid for only worse. Now I have to pay again to have the horn fixed by a professional. When I called him about it. He said I have been in business for x number of years... That is meaningless everyone knows people who are bad at their jobs but have had them a long time. Avoid this place like the plague. In the end you will not get a deal. Jason could not have proven my points above any better than his reply to my review. Choose for yourselves folks but do better research than I did. Learn from my mistakes here. Caustic and unprofessional as ever. Even some lovely name calling. Here is Jason's reply to my review "Another liar in his own world. Brian purchased the used refurbished tenor saxophone from me TWO years ago. He���s complaining now : 10/19/2018 ?? I play test every instrument thoroughly before it leaves here. Saxophone played just fine. I even threw in a $100 mouthpiece to make this guy happy at the time of the sale. Warranty is stated on his invoice received and posted on my front counter. It���s 30 days - NOT 2 years - dummy !! Probably trolling from his moms basement, with nothing better to do............ He can���t even post is real name and identity. It���s BRIAN GARRITY. What a loser !!"

    the tech arrived on the time slot provided and found the problem with the ice maker and had to go to the warehouse to get a new ice maker and returned and installed it. He was very polite and did a great job of cleaning up after he was finished. I had to leave before he was finished but every thing was left as it should be when I returned and he locked up the house for me.

    they arrived, cleared my patio of junk that I had been collecting from downsizing and bathroom remodeling. very efficient. second time I have had them come. This time was a full truck. will have them again when I do my next project.

    They checked to see if there were recalls on the failed part and looked into several options to make repairs for the problem. Since there was not an economical solution for the age of the computer they recommended getting a new computer. Since they couldn't fix it, they didn't charge me.

    Not good! I set up service with GarbageMan as it's a locally owned company. I found out AFTER I had already signed up that they had just been purchased by Waste Management. I prepaid for a quarter and set out my trash and recycling for pick up on my designated day/time. I noticed at 1:00 PM that my trash was still sitting there but all of my neighbors had been picked up. I called to ask about the status of the route. The rep told me that she could see that they were still scheduled to come out but the truck hadn't made it to my street yet. Yes, they never arrived. I called the next morning to report it and get help with a pickup. The rep acted as if this is an everyday occurrence. He said he would schedule me for a callback and they would be here within 24-48 hours. When I mentioned all of my neighbors had been picked up, he said that the truck hadn't made it to my street and the neighbors across the street must have pulled in their bins and are just going to wait until next week. That seemed totally crazy to me. Missed service is a regular thing and customers just shrug it off and say "oh well"? My water and electricity service isn't intermittent; my waste service be shouldn't either. So this is the third day that I've called to get a pick-up. My trash has blown all over and I've had to clean it up several times. My neighbors must be wondering why all of the trash is just sitting there. After letting them know I would cancel my service if the pick up wasn't made within 24 hours, they didn't respond. Obviously, they don't care about keeping a customer. When I canceled today, the rep seemed surprised. This level of service just isn't acceptable.

    They helped a lot with getting through insurance hassles and pushing to get the entire roof repair covered. Once everything got approved there were a couple scheduling conflicts on both sides. They did accommodate us on timing to not conflict with a toddlers nap schedule. There were a few small items left unfinished that took some time to get completed, but they did come out and address everything.

    I called and made an appointment on Thursday evening for Monday morning - I arrived 5 minutes late for the appointment, and Jim had already walked the property and began taking notes. I'm not an expert at residential construction, though I am in the industry and know a little. Jim let me follow him around during the whole inspection and pointed out to me areas of concern and what could be done to mitigate issues. He knew the ins and outs of each and every detail of every piece of the property, down to the window strings not being thoroughly installed. He tested systems and made recommendations based on what he saw. The report he sent after was insightful, diligent, and professional. His passion for homes and home components was readily evident throughout the process. If you are buying a home, get a home inspection. If you are buying a home in Homesight Inspection's service area, I heavily recommend you use them.
