    All the original review posts about this business are right. Look below. That said.. I purchased a "refurbished horn" from Jason. I took it out of the case and it would not play. It would make noise but only music to the tone deaf. I took it to a couple reputable professionals in the area and they said it needed to be totally refurbished. When I told them where I got it they laughed and said they were sorry I did business with him.. apparently this rep is known. So if you don't believe my review then ask around to the reputable instrument repair shops. Also I thought I was getting a "deal" turns out I got what I paid for only worse. Now I have to pay again to have the horn fixed by a professional. When I called him about it. He said I have been in business for x number of years... That is meaningless everyone knows people who are bad at their jobs but have had them a long time. Avoid this place like the plague. In the end you will not get a deal. Jason could not have proven my points above any better than his reply to my review. Choose for yourselves folks but do better research than I did. Learn from my mistakes here. Caustic and unprofessional as ever. Even some lovely name calling. Here is Jason's reply to my review "Another liar in his own world. Brian purchased the used refurbished tenor saxophone from me TWO years ago. He���s complaining now : 10/19/2018 ?? I play test every instrument thoroughly before it leaves here. Saxophone played just fine. I even threw in a $100 mouthpiece to make this guy happy at the time of the sale. Warranty is stated on his invoice received and posted on my front counter. It���s 30 days - NOT 2 years - dummy !! Probably trolling from his moms basement, with nothing better to do............ He can���t even post is real name and identity. It���s BRIAN GARRITY. What a loser !!"

    The initial process and the sales agent was very good. I believe the tenant found was a very good fit. Follow up and response from the RW support staff has been disappointing on several occasions. I have the management service which has fallen way short: - No response or e-mail notification on owners portal. - No response on request for name of tree service. A large tree was down on the lot and I ended up finding and contracting the work - Have not returned a call requesting some financial information. If this is the manner that owners are treated, I feel sorry for the renters request for service

    Everything went perfect, the website is being well used and great photos are being posted by the members. This has become a great asset for the motorcycle chapter, we really appreciate the thought and effort that was put into this project.

    Sam showed up on a Sunday in -10 degree weather...made repair in 15 minutes and charged a very reasonable amount...not much more than the new bulb would have cost us to buy it ourselves. We would use him again and recommend his services.

    I contacted Sam on Friday and the next day he picked up the TV from our house, brought it back to his shop and returned it the same day. He also fixed another problem that is common for these sets and didn't charge me extra for that. He also gives a six month warranty on his work.

    Do not waste your time with Renters Warehouse -- the realtor has not been helpful or timely when answering questions or even getting documents to us that required signatures. When we had questions the response we received was that we obviously didn't read the contract or we would have seen what we were asking -- only 80 plus pages to go through that is made up of the Remtal Management Contract -- The agreement to find a tenant and then the Tenant Rental Agreement.
    They are more interested in just getting the property rented than finding good qualified tenants ? our first tenant defaulted after 1 month and we have to evict them. Staff was never forthcoming with information other than sending out the obligatory letter stating that the tenant failed to pay their rent in the allotted time and they recommended eviction. Not having ever gone through an eviction we have to call and follow-up on every detail. Then after the tenant failed to meet the requirements of the court they again didn?t do anything unless we pushed to get it done. This lack of urgency was most frustrating since it seemed they are more interested in just collecting their monthly service fees than assisting in Managing the property and property process.
    We wanted someone to manage the rental process as if they owned the property themselves -- this is obviously not the case -- also they have a conflict of interest as they manage the property and find the tenants -- it seemed that since they found the tenant that they really didn't want to push for eviction.
    Even with the second tenant they found the process was exactly the same ? they were more interested in collecting their fees than helping with the management process ? the new tenant was late with his first months rent and we are holding our breath to see what happens in the months ahead.

    I have been using their service for two or three years. Overall, they do a good job. It was easy for them to get a renter and the process went very smoothly. The cost is a bit high and they assign a manager to work with you. They are supposed to do quarterly or frequent inspections and our manager does not seem to do that unless there is a known issue. We prefer renters who are non-smokers which a smoker is who ended up in our unit. It seems at times that we have to micro manage them.

    Richard has done our water systems for almost 20 years.  His systems include water softeners, whole house purification, RO, etc.  Richard is very personable and he knows water!!  We've always been extremely happy with the products & service he's provided us. Our RO water is better than any bottled water we could buy!!  He has excellent technicians working for him.

    Post Net of Chaska sent me an email within 24 hours of the invitation the designer had made.  I ok'd the work, and a work invoice of what the product would cost was mailed to me.  After I gave permission to print, I had the finished product completed with less than 24 hours turnaround time. 

    I have used this local company several times in the past, and will continue to use them for my printing and designing needs.
