    E: Beyond 5-star service! In early spring, our family returned to our newly build home for the second time to find an extremely cold walk-out basement and continued breathing/health issues.  We received a referral from Structure Tech inspection firm to contact Tom with ENVIROWORLD USA, turning out to be an absolute blessing for our family. Our home was impacted by the Weyerhaeuser toxic floor joists in a newly constructed home that required us to stay in a hotel for over four months due to formaldehyde levels making the home uninhabitable.  The basement required complete renovation of the basement joists to fix the product omitting lethal levels of formaldehyde. Once completed, our basement was 15-20F degree difference from the other levels on the home, Air Exchanger problems, HRV core missing, subcontractors not responding to our phone calls feeling hopeless with no-responses from our builder and suppliers who created the problem.    Additionally, the formaldehyde was "fixed", but my four-year-old daughter continued to battle with respiratory and otolaryngology issues daily, inner ear infections/ongoing sinus drainage due to bad air quality in our home. Tom from ENVIROWORLD USA not only fixed our cold basement but turned our homes air quality to hospital grade levels with HEPA Home Filtration System, delivered the experience of the exact same temperature across our entire three floors, and Steam Humidifier.  Tom has always made us feel as his number one priority and have never experienced this level of customer commitment in my lifetime.  Not only is Tom the most experienced and knowledgeable Indoor Air Quality and HVAC expert, he is extremely passionate for the work he does and delivers results with everything promised and more.     Very professional and polite technician. Took his time doing thorough inspection and cleaning of the flues. Left my house clean and even cleaned the ash out of the fireplaces. He went up on my roof to inspect the outside chimneys with a lot of snow present. This is the second time I have had them do work for me and am 100% satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

    We had hail and wind damage our roof and siding. First Choice Exteriors worked with our insurance company to make sure that everything was covered. Once the work started they made sure that me and my kids could get to the car safely. The production manager, Dave Mack was on site the whole time. The roof, siding and gutters were done perfectly and the clean up was A+. We would recommend First Choice to all of our friends, neighbors, and family.

    Sam came out on time for appointment and was great at giving information as to what and why they were suggesting specific pruning. Tom and crew came out on day of cutting and we're friendly and explained the process well. The quote was a mid-range one but the folks that had the lower ones didn't seem to be as knowledgeable. We really appreciated their work and definitely will be calling them in future!

    Scheduling didn't go as expected. I got several calls to tell me that they were running behind and would call me again to let me know when and if they would get to me that day. They did get to me near the end of the day. I needed two faucets installed (customer provided). I was not prepared for the cost. It was $788 for two faucets (labor only) and he was done in less than 40 minutes. He noticed that the sink was leaking because the seal between the sink and the counter had broken. Did he fix that? NO. He did point it out. The faucets were installed and they work, but they were VERY expensive and I can't understand the pricing. If I had turned him away based on the pricing, I would have owed a fee for his drive to the house to tell me that he was going to basically rob me. It was bad. We won't make this mistake again. ROTO ROOTER is not a good provider.

    Everything went better than we imagined. Salesman Mike Spaude was terrific -- knowledgeable about each product, explaining in detail our options in choosing the specific equipment, providing us helpful brochures and other documents describing the equipment and at our request offering his professional recommendations. Jared and his two companions forming the installation crew worked hard for an entire day removing the old equipment and installing the new. They placed protective coverings on our basement carpet to avoid stains or other damage. They worked well as a team. They did a great job and when finished left our utility room clean as a whistle. As the crew leader, Jared was very patient in answering my questions before the installation started and after it was finished. He provided me all the owner's manuals for the various pieces of equipment. Heating & Cooling Two surprised me by filing all the product registration documents with the manufacturers so I didn't have to do that. What a classy effort for customer satisfaction. We became loyal customers of Heating & Cooling Two. The company will get all of our service work and eager referrals to anyone needing new heating and/or cooling equipment.

    My 18+ year old furnace had a catastrophic failure. H&C 2 sent out a repair person to review the old furnace to repair it. The unit sustained significant damage and the team recommended and installed a new unit. More efficient that the old, only replaced what needed replaced, and were very professions and prompt. Thank you H&C 2 for managing an issue while I was 1000 miles away.

    We are extremely happy about every aspect of our new closet from Closet Factory. Janice was simply amazing, very helpful, very knowledgeable, up front and transparent about everything, and a really nice person who was fun to work with. The design/order phase with Janice was great, she came up with the best layout of anyone else we talked with, she was thorough and professional. The install phase also went very smooth. They were prompt, fast, clean, professional, and left the site looking great. The product itself is awesome. The hardware is high quality, sturdy and smooth. The panels/shelves/drawers are very solid and look excellent. We went with an all white system with brushed nickle pulls/accessories. Overall, we would highly recommend Closet Factory.
