  • Every time I've had a reason to come for service, it's always excellent. Always courteous encounter. Absolute trust in their integrity and quality. Confident they don't charge me for what I DON'T need.

  • Service was no charge because we purchased the vehicle there. They have always been very good. They are right on with responsiveness. Workers treat you very well. It took less than an hour for service to be done. They let you know the results of the inspection.

  • This was my second time using Victory in Chanhassen. They are always very polite, professional, and honest. I have no idea about cars, and I trust them to tell me what needs to be done and what can wait. They have never made me feel stupid or pressured me into getting work I didn't need. They did give me a complimentary loaner - which was not the greatest, but it got me to work and made me appreciate my vehicle. This place isn't the cheapest option out there, but you get what you pay for: quality work, quick turn around, and awesome customer service. Your car is such an investment - why would you want anything less? I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them in the future.

  • WOW FACTOR!!!! Youngstedes delivered the WOW factor!! Praising Dan with your location who came in on his day off to spend 6 hours detailing my Cadillac Escalade. I owned the car for 3 days when I met up with a road crew who liberally sprayed my White Diamond exquisite paint job with tar all the way up to my windows. Dan volunteered to come in on his day off and work and detail my car. The Escalade was like factory new condition after Dan's detail work on my car! The service was exceptional and I am so impressed with Youngstedes and the fabulous work and customer service! My husband is CFO of a major company close to your location and we are spreading the word and referring everyone we can to Youngstedes in Chanhassen. A heartfelt thank you to Youngstedes and especially praising Dan who turned an impossible situation around for us! Thank you!!

  • I had a 7 or 8-year-old Sedan that my wife drives that she just recently replaced with a new car so we're selling it to my son so we wanted to make sure the car was in good working order so that the price that he was paying us in good faith is fair. So I had them go over the car and they very honestly identified things that were either serious problems or not serious problems or things that could become a problem. It's a new kind of place where they're super sincere. They have real good equipment. They're specialized on only two brands of cars. They really focus on servicing hybrid cars too. They're very fairly priced. This place is extraordinary. I just can't believe how good they are and what a nice thing to discover them.

  • I want to just preface my review.  I have used Angie's list for years and used the service providers recommended by Angie's list subscribers.  I have not ever rated any of the Service providers.  I decided to fill out this review and post it on Angie's list because of the especially positive experience I received at Super 6 Tokyo.  So here it goes.....I just moved to the area and still had my Minnesota plates on my vehicle, so I was kind of worried about getting a fair deal on the repairs needed for my 2006 Toyota Matrix from a local mechanic.
Quan from Super Tokyo 6 called me with an estimate to repair my 2006 Toyota Matrix within an hour of dropping off my vehicle on April 8, 2014 .  I reviewed the estimate.  The prices were reasonable.   (I have worked on my own car a bit and generally know the price of repairs).  I thought that the list of repairs that he came up with to solve the problems was correct.
Quan said that he would have time only to complete the repairs needed to correct the check engine light and failed emission test that day.  Those repairs came out to $400.  I authorized him to proceed with those repairs.  He suggested that I come in towards the end of the day, so that I could get my vehicle and that he could explain the repairs to me.
Well, I stopped by Super Tokyo 6 at around 4:30PM to get my car.  Phen, the mechanic, showed me in detail everything he had repaired on my car and all of the old gaskets and filters he removed and replaced from my car.  His explanation was very clear and informative.  I also asked him questions about the processes for repairing my car and he was very courteous and thorough  in his response.
I then told Phen I would like to see exactly where the oil is leaking from my car.  In my experience, it is often very difficult to detect where an oil leak is coming from.  Phen pointed out with a long thin metal pointer exactly where the problem lay.  Unfortunately, it was the silicon gasket located deep in my engine.   I asked him many questions about other gaskets that could be leaking instead.  He was more than happy to tell me why he eliminated those gaskets as the cause of the leak.  I knew that it would require taking the engine apart....ugh a big job.
After Phen provided his insightful explanation of the oil leak, I told him I'm leaving the car here to get the oil leak repaired and would not be taking it home as originally intended.  I told him that I realized this even though he could not work on it until tomorrow and that it is around a  5 hour job.    Phen said that it would be o.k.
In the morning of April 9, 2015  Super 6 Tokyo let me know that my car was ready.  I went to the repair shop and met up with Phen.  He told me that after we spoke yesterday around 4:30PM, he stayed until 9:30PM to complete the oil leak repairs.    Keep in mind, that Phen was there at 7:00AM when I dropped off my car on April 8, 2015.  I genuinely think he must love working on cars to work those long hours.
Well that is not the only good thing I have to say about Super 6 Tokyo.  When I dropped off my car on April 8, 2015 I was told that after they did the check engine repairs and faulty emission repairs, I would need to drive the car for 30 miles before the Toyota could undergo the emissions test.  It sounded to me that the new fluids and air needed to circulate to accurately identify the emissions level.
Phen surprised me when I went to pick up my car.  He said that he drove it for 10 miles after he fixed everything on my car on April 8, 2015 and that he had a Super 6 Tokyo staff person drive it another 20 miles in the morning of April 9, 2015. The vehicle already passed emissions when I went to pick it up.  Needless to say, I was very happy that I no longer needed to drive 30 miles and then go back to Super 6 Tokyo for the emissions test.

  • I had good service there, no problem at all.  I think I used a coupon for the oil change.  They do good work.  It?s convenient and it?s close.  It?s local to where I live.

There cost is maybe a little higher than average.  I think you can probably find some cheaper places but I don?t think it?s a good thing.

  • Simply, the best mechanics around... We've been using them for 10 years and have never had any complaint about any of the work they have done or what it cost. We trust them unequivocally. They are always making sure the vehicles are well maintained, without pushing for unnecessary service. In fact, they often suggest that we can wait on maintenance items.
I tell everyone I know that "I have a great mechanic" whenever someone starts talking about vehicle issues.
    Absolutely recommend them.

  • My experience with Eau Claire Automotive Group happened unexpectedly as I was driving home to the Twin Cities from Milwaukee.  I had a problem with my Chrysler Town and Country that caused the power steering and alternator to stop working.  The car was drivable, but just barely.  We were able to limp off the freeway and get to Eau Claire Automotive.  This was Saturday November 29th at about 5:00.  I met Erin Minor, the Business Manager when I walked in the door and I told him my situation.   Unfortunately, their service department was closed.  This story could have ended there but, instead, Eric called and asked if there was still at Service Technician over at the Nissan dealership.  Eric Called the Service technician and he
said he was willing to take a look at it.  I drove it over and he opened the hood and it was obvious that the
Serpentine belt was shredded.   That is where Craig Gorell, the Nissan Service Technician took over.  He was able to locate the part at the auto parts store across the street.  I walked to the auto parts store and purchased the part and he quickly installed
it.  At this point, I asked what I owed them and Craig responded that "we were good", meaning I did not owe them
anything.   They were in a position where they could have charged me whatever they wanted to and chose not to.  Without Eric Minor and Craig Gorell's willingness to go above and beyond,  I would have been stuck away from home for the night with my two young children.  Given the way they treated me I would highly recommend doing business with Eau Claire Automotive Group.  They treated me exceptionally when there was no economic incentive for them to do so and I think that speaks volumes as to
how they treat their customers on a day to day basis.

  • Kevin was our service technician for our repair which turned out to be a little more extensive than it originally appeared. The service performed was covered by our insurance after our deductible. I am compelled to report the absolute professionalism with how he handled an unusual circumstance. Our car had about 53,000 miles on it, but the tire only had about 12,000 miles on it with a road hazard guarantee from a Discount Tire location 7 miles away. Kevin at Tires Plus was able to perform the extra work needed to repair a bent control arm, wheel knuckle, and driveshaft. The wheel itself had a ~5and quot; by 2and quot; chunk broken, so a new wheel was ordered from Toyota. The dilemma was with the tire. In order for Tires Plus to complete the repair, they needed an undamaged tire. I took the tire with an obvious impact bubble on the damaged wheel hub to Discount Tire and they initially refused to replace it. I had previously spoken to Discount Tire on the phone about a replacement tire and they had marked one and put it aside for me. Kevin at Tires Plus was in disbelief as I was and called on my behalf to inquire about why they were refusing an obvious road hazard agreement. Not only did Kevin call Discount Tire in front of me to question their road hazard agreement, he also offered to drive to my house the next morning and bring me and the tire in question to Discount Tire since my car was inoperable. I was floored by his offer to do this, and the only reason we didn't do it was because my 4 very young children wouldn't fit in his car! I did get the tire replaced by the road hazard guarantee at Discount Tire later the next day without difficulty by a manager. All of this occurred a few days prior to Thanksgiving and the car was finally repaired and ready to go at 9pm on wednesday prior to the big gathering at our house! Kevin and a few other mechanics were working hard after normal closing hours the night before Thanksgiving to get us on the road, and I'm impressed and thankful for their diligence!
