    Very well. They sent a text with the appointment information. Another text when the technician was on his way. Very professional, on time, did a great job. Explained what needed doing and why and was far less expensive than other firms I have heard about.

    I received three bids for a new furnace, and chose Standard because they provided a holistic solution for our home heating needs vs. just a product. Denise did a full walkthrough of our home and recognized a need to do some duct and ventilation work to optimize our heating and make a significant difference vs. just replacing the furnace. This gave me confidence in their work. Standard also took care of the rebates on our behalf, which the other companies did not offer. The only two concerns to share are these: 1) The installation was one week later, whereas the other companies could install within 1-4 days. However, Denise gave us two space heaters and even gave us a useful tip to point the heater into the return for heated air flow; this kept us quite comfortable and warm while we waited. 2) During the testing of the new unit, the motor was giving some error codes, so Mike coordinated with the team to have a new motor delivered and installed an hour later. Although this was a small inconvenience and makes me question the York product quality, I am reassured by Standard's warranty and that the technician said he has only seen this happen one other time before. The Rheem model we replaced was original with our 1985 home and lasted 32 years, and I am confident that we made the right investment for another long haul.

    The job was given a once over review before he started work. He and his assistant put drop cloths down in addition to the cloths we put down to protect our new range hood and countertops. At our request they removed their shoes when moving over the carpet. The job took about 2 1/4 hours (faster than I expected), and his sweeping up/carefully removing the cloths were thorough. The ducting looks good and the range hood now exhausts outdoors, which was our goal.

    Chose three dates for the work to be done. Was told they would be calling me. Never did. I left phone messages and emails. No answer. I was ripped off! Now I am trying to get my $$ refunded by Angie's list and they aren't following up.

    This experience could not have gone better.  The crew that installed the new equipment was fast, professional and very clean.  Runners were used to protect the carpet as they brought in the new equipment and removed the old.  The installation process went very smoothly and the new air intake and exhaust lines were routed in great locations with very minimal need for modifications to get outside the house.  The new location of the A/C unit  is very good and the job done to level it and connect it to the inside unit was done in such a way that we now have more usable space under our deck.  The city inspection after the job was done went extremely well, passed with flying colors.  We have been using the new equipment for several weeks now and are impressed with the quietness and efficiency of the new furnace.  Our old furnace could be heard throughout the house when it kicked on and while running, the new one is so much quieter we hardly know it is there.  The other side of the transaction went very smoothly as well.  Ditter took care of all the rebates (we qualified for rebates from the Gas and Electric companies, as well as one from the manufacturer), the building permit and all other fees.  I can't say enough about how well this project went.  This was a major expenditure for us and I am very happy with the outcome.  I am especially impressed with the professionalism of the entire organization, from start to finish. I would definitely recommend Ditter Heating and Cooling to anyone needing their services.

    Contacted company late Saturday evening. Phone was answered promptly by owner of company. Helped me trouble shoot issue over the phone. Was able to reset furnace and it was functioning again. Made service appt. for Monday. Technician arrived and told me my brand of furnace was not very popular at the time of installation (+21 years old) and that not many replacement parts were available for this model. He was very friendly and courteous. He downloaded furnace manual on his phone and was able to clean the part which controlled the thermostat and the flame. When he left I felt confident that the problem had been resolved. Great customer service received from owner Matt.

    Pronto replaced an existing 100,000 BTU furnace and 3 ton air conditioner with a new (units at least 15-20 years old) 60,000 BTU furnace (97% efficiency) and 2 ton air conditioner (16 seer) and evolution connex t-stat. Salesman came over on a SATURDAY morning since we didn't have a time that would work during the weekdays and looked over the old system and asked us questions about our house and personal preferences and then suggested a few options that could be done with a new system.We decided we liked the company's reviews on this site and thought the price was fair, so decided to schedule an installation with the salesman. We had the choice to pick any day we wanted so I picked the next Friday. Installation started sharp at 7AM with the removal of our old system, and very shortly after that the new equipment was being delivered and the old taken out. I thought the installation team of Haso and Jon did excellent work throughout the whole day, and they were very respectful and answered all the questions I could throw at them. I also thought the on-site custom sheet metal fabrication from the old return air and heat supply tees to the furnace was excellent work. It looks very professional. The PVC exhaust and combustion intake lines also looks very neat. The whole installation looked to be very professional, not just quickly put together. In all, install was all done in less than 8.5 hours. As far as the operation of the new equipment, it was night and day difference. Our old system was very loud and obnoxious, whenever it ran, and the fan only ran on auto because it was so loud. Now it is quiet and peaceful all the time in the house, plus it feels more comfortable because the fan is on the whole time, but yet you can't even tell. Our only regret was not getting a high efficient system with a modulating valve and ECM motor sooner.

    Yesterday we found out that our furnace needed replacement immediately. This was part of an insurance claim so I don't know the cost for the replacement furnace and installation.

    Perfection arranged for the installation to be done today. They said they would be here at 7 AM and the job would take about 3 hours. They arrived a few minutes before 7 and left at about 10:05.

    They supplied a comparable but improved unit to our 9 year old furnace. They answered the few questions I had in a way I could understand and in an unhurried manner. They explained what they were going to do. They were respectful and professional and cleaned up when they were finished.

    We are very happy with the work that Perfection Heating and Air Conditioning did for us.

    The technician was on time and was professional in all aspects.  He made some suggestions and they were good.  He replaced two thirty-year old leaky faucets with better quality faucets than the original.
    I have used this company many times in the past and would never consider using any other.  I don't know how the price compares to others and, because of the work quality, I don't care.

    Ben the service tech, was absolutely the best repair person to ever enter my home! He was prompt (even a little early but called first), very polite and informative about the service if I had a question he answered completely and showed me exactly what he was going to do. Very pleased with Twin Cities Furnace Cleaning, if you need them hire them today!
