the office was a little disheveled, but staff was friendly. Provider had an excellent bedside manner, and seemed to take more time with me than most would.

I have fibromyalgia and bipolar and they help me with my medication. He is very good and helpful. The staff is pretty good and quick. One time I had to wait. I talked to them about that and it hasn't happened since. Dr. Jason is the psychiatrist there and to receive medication you have to see him.

It went great. At first, I was very nervous but they were very wonderful. I only had contact with one person because it was testing and she was great. I'd go to her again. Psychiatrists and psychologists are really hard to get into. They were very professional. They were punctual.

I go to Range Mental Health Center due to my mental health problems. I see a case worker for their ARMS (Adult Rehabilitation Mental Services) my case worker comes to my home to visit with me and help me with different areas of my life like help me to learn how to manage my anxiety, bipolar, PTSD, and any other mental health problems which affects my daily life. He is very knowledgeable in his field. I look forward to our home visits. He monitors how I do to learn the life skills which we have talked about what it is that I need to work on each week. He also teaches meditation class for anyone in the ARMS program. This is another area he knows how to teach it due to his past learning in meditation. I also utilize other services which I need. I attend a DBT group which helps to teach me about how to manage different emotions such as anger, anxiety, and other issues. I like this group and the way the teacher goes about different ways that teaches me how different emotions and how to deal with them. I also have a nurse practitioner who manages my medications for my mental health problems, he is good at his job and I have no issues with him. I would recommend this facility to anyone who struggles with mental health concerns.

I meet with Chris every two weeks. She is extremely helpful and insightful. I will share what details I can with you. Chris listens very well and doesn't interrupt when I talk. She follows my ramblings well and she is very good at picking up threads of my thoughts which really helps me "see" what I'm trying to say and what is going on. She is so non-judgmental and never, ever makes me feel anything but safe. I can go in there and talk to her about anything and come out feeling like what I said will be left there. It is a wonderful feeling! Chris is the fourth therapist that I have seen over the past 15 years at Range Mental Health and I have been blessed to have great ones each time. I go to Range Mental Health in Virginia, MN. I do have one concern about Range Mental Health itself, however. They changed to a new system of having all the records being on the computer. When I went in for my visit with Pam Jarvis, who manages my medications, Pam had to use the computer to access my information. Unfortunately, the computer didn't have any of my current medication that I was on (all medication) nor any of the past anti-depressant medications that I had tried. I needed to change from Cymbalta as it was causing bad side effects and Pam had no way to know which other anti-depressants I had tried before. She had no access to my chart which had all that information. I find that a huge concern and I will be writing a letter to Range Mental Health addressing my concern on that. All in all, Range Mental Health is a very good facility and they provide much needed services here in Virginia and Hibbing.

As usual we discussed my reasons for needing therapy. Then we discussed the new therapist that I was going to start seeing. Chris, my therapist, was very thorough in finding the right therapist to refer me to. I am looking forward to continuing my therapy with the new therapist and am confident that I am in good hands as the result of Chris and the staff at Range Mental Health.

The doctors keep quitting so I have to start from scratch over and over. It is very frustrating.
