    They charged me more than the big deal price. They could have given me a better product. The window blinds that were installed weren't installed well the first time so they came back and reinstalled it. And after that, it still isn't proper and I have it on my doors. What happens is that you do it for privacy but it doesn't fit just right, it sits on a bit of a slant. This means that there's a bit of a gap at the front door window. I've tried calling Michael Esch back, I've left messages but I haven't heard back from them. They should ensure the quality of their product. I definitely needed those blinds. They were punctual, had good communication but the product wasn't good.

    It turned out well actually. They actually gave me that discount but I ended up using them again and they essentially offered me the same discount again. They basically gave me a 300 dollar discount but the estimate was a little bit higher. The only downside to this company might be their prices. Here is my concern with this company, I placed an order on Thursday and the delivery was supposed to happen a month later. Now typically when you buy a product, you have the option of doing a cancellation. I actually tried to cancel the order about 4 days later and I was told that I couldn't. So I was stuck with this eighteen hundred dollar blinds which I didn't really need. They should be responsive to the customers needs. They should have a cancellation policy. What they delivered was very good and it was on time.

    E AND THE ATITTUDE THAT I WAS IN NEED AND A CUSTOERTHE 1 INCH BLIN D IS 30 YEARS OLD AND BECAME INOPERABLE. i CONTACTED SEVERAL SOURCES IN THE TWIN CITIES AND THEY ALL WANTED TO SELL ME A NEW BLIND. I CALLED BLIND INSTALLATIONS AND WAS ASKED TO BRING THE BLIND IN WHICH I DID. THEY SAID I WOULD BE CALLED WHEN JON COMPLETED AND I EXPLAINED THIS BLIND WAS FOR OUR BEDROOM WINDOWND WAS MUCH NEEDED. THE NEXT DAY A CALL SAID THE BLIND WAS REPAIRED. I APPRECIATED THE QUICK RESPONSE. i FELT THAT THIS COMPANY CARES ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND DID A GREAT JOB. IN ADDITION WHEN I PAID THE BILL I USED $20.00BILLS JUST OBTAINTED FROM AN ATM. THE YOUNG MAN WHO WAS ASSISTING LEFT TO WRITE UP A RECIEPT AND RETURNED AND HANDED ME BACK A $20.00 BILL. THE BILLS HAD STUCK TOGETHER. I WAS IMPRESSEDTHENKS TO THIS COMPANY.

    Julie was great...she came out promptly to measure and provide costs of blinds and installation.  John came out to my home to install the blinds.  He was professional and courteous and provided excellent service.  The install went smoothly and the blinds look amazing.  What a different in how the room looks now compared to before.  Very modern.  I will work with this team again.  Great job.  The price was a little higher than I expected even with the discounted rate.

    Michael is very rude and very unprofessional. His measurements were wrong, therefore the blinds ordered were wrong. The installer couldn't read the order form and I had to walk him through it. We ended up with one blind that didn't fit any of our windows. When we told him the blinds were wrong and asked him to come out and remeasure, but he was adamant that his measurements were correct and that it was a manufacturer mistake. However, when the new blind came it was wrong again. Now there are huge gaps on both sides of the windows where the light pours in every morning on several windows. I think he should rename his company "Problems and Mistakes by Michael Esch". I'd never use him again.

    They came out and measured the windows, made recommendations and gave us a price that was much better than we were going to get through Costco. So we went with them and they did a very good job during the installation.About a year later, we were having one of the rooms painted where they had installed a sheer type of vertical blind. I talked to Mike on the phone about how to take them down and he was very concerned about doing it the right way. Anyway, he finally decided he would just come out and he helped us take down the blinds the right way and then removed the "curtain rod" as well.He didn't have to do this, he didn't charge anything, he simply provided a great extra service!

    BARB PROVIDED GOOD DIRECTION AND ADVICE AS TO STYLE AND FEATURES THAT WOULD ENHANCE OUTCOME. SHE WAS VERY POLITE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROJECT BUT WAS UNRELIABLE ABOUT RETURNING PHONE CALLS AND NO-SHOWED FOR ONE OF THE SCHEDULED VISITS. HER DOWNFALL WAS BEING DISORGANIZED WHICH A PLANNER WOULD PREVENT. SHE LOST MEASUREMENTS AND HAD TO REMEASURE AND APPARENTLY DIDN'T WRITE DOWN MESSAGES OR APPT TIMES. IT EVEN TOOK HER 2 MONTHS TO CASH HER CHECK. DESPITE THESE AGGRAVATIONS HER WORK WAS IMPECCABLE. THE 3 SWAGS FOR THE BAY WINDOW HUNG UNEVENLY AND SHE OFFERED TO FIX THEM FOR AN ADDITIONAL PRICE. I LATER CALLED HER TO SAY I DIDN'T WANT TO SPEND THE ADDITIONAL $ BUT SHE DIDN'T OFFER TO FIX THEM FOR FREE WHICH I THOUGHT SHE SHOULD. I ASKED HER TO RETURN THE SWAGS WHICH SHE DID. EVEN WITHOUT THE SWAG IN ONE ROOM IT LOOKS GREAT AND I WILL USE THE MATERIAL FOR PILLOWS. BARB IS NEW IN THE BUSINESS SO HAS ALOT TO LEARN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT SHE DEFINITELY HAS POTENTIAL.

    THIS WAS MY FIRST EXPERIENCE WITH AERO DRAPERY AND THEY PROVIDED A PRODUCT AND SERVICE THAT I WAS REASONABLY SATISFIED WITH. I MENTIONED THAT I WAS AN ANGIE'S MEMBER AND RECEIVED FREE INSTALLATION. HOWEVER, I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT I HAD PAID $25.00 FOR THE REMOVAL OF THE OLD WINDOW TREATMENTS, I HAD ASSUMED THAT IT WOULD INCLUDE REMOVAL, PATCHING OF HOLES, AND DISPOSAL (BY AERO DRAPERY), IT DIDN'T. THERE WAS GLUE FROM THE OLD CURTAIN THAT WAS BY THE DOOR, THE INSTALLER DIDN'T CLEAN IT OFF, I HAD TO. THE BLINDS ARE BY HUNTER DOUGLAS AND THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL. THE INSTALLER WAS VERY COURTEOUS, FRIENDLY AND QUICK WITH THE INSTALLATION. LUCKILY, THE HOLES WERE COVERED BY THE NEW BLINDS. HE MOVED THE VERTICALS (FROM THE LOWER LEVEL) TO THE GARAGE WHEN I ASKED HIM TO AND I CLEANED UP THE REST. OVERALL, I WOULD CONSIDER PURCHASING FROM THEM AGAIN NOW THAT I KNOW WHAT TO BE PREPARED FOR. I'LL SAVE MYSELF EVEN MORE BY TAKING DOWN ANY OLD WINDOW TREATMENTS MYSELF.
