They did a lawn fertilization and weed control service.

It's a good and bad experience. The office gives information that this won't happen but when the technician perform the service, the office advise was not followed. They did the service but they didn't perform the customer service.

Needed weed protection for my lawn.

I have been a Scott’s (still call them that) for three years. Ever since Trugreen bought Scotts out the service has been getting worse. My lawn does not look very good anymore. I am going to kick these guys to the curb.

They charged every time they showed up. It's like $48 and change and tax it's like $50. I just got tired of watching over their work and complaining and getting them to come back to do what they were supposed to do and whatnot. Their price is the going price. It was fair. When they said they were going to show up, they would show up, weather permitting. I can't really say about professionalism because they always come when nobody's here. They always come during the day when everybody's at work.

My back yard was almost completely weeds.

After only about 3 monthly applications the grass started coming back. It still has a ways to go but definitely an improvement. The only complaint I have right now is that they keep calling me trying to sell more services.

Lawn service weed and feed.

The first year we had them they were great- with timely treatments and great results. Our lawn never looked better. This year the treatments seem a bit delayed, and the lawn is not as lush and green as last year. Our service provider this year does not seem as knowledgeable but perhaps is a new hire and learning. Not so bad that I would not give them another try.

We just started the service yesterday, so I don't really have much to say about that yet. I don't know the cost of the service; my husband paid for the whole season ahead of time, and I'm not sure because I didn't see how much it was. We'll find out if it worked in a couple of weeks. Their responsiveness was good. We didn't have an appointment, but he came first thing in the morning. I don't have much to say because I personally had very little contact with them. My husband made the arrangements, paid the bill, and everything. I would rather not comment.

They take care of our trees and shrubs.

I have had a good experience with them. We have a contract with them to take care of our trees and shrubs for $280. I think they do 5 treatments a year.

Yearly lawn maintenance

After numerous revisits and countless miss-communications the first year they seemed to get things in order and I thought they were doing better so I decided to go with them a 2nd year. BIG mistake. I noticed dandelions starting to come up so I called for a treatment, was told I am too close to my scheduled treatment so I needed to wait for that. However, they missed my scheduled treatment. I called into the 800 number and was told for some reason nothing was scheduled, but she would "note" my account. I asked her what that meant, and all I was told is that nothing was scheduled. She did not want to assist. I then asked to speak to a manager for which she laughed and gave a sarcastic "why do you want to do that?" and I told her I wanted to find out what was going on. She put my on hold, and then came back on the line to say the branch is closed so no one could help me. I was very upset and proceeded to tell her I wanted to cancel all services, to which she again laughed and gave a snide "sure, whatever" type of response. For the most part, towards the end of last year I was satisfied on how my lawn looked, but their phone customer service/support is terrible.

Aeration, overseed, fertilizing and weed control

I hired them for three seasons because all the discounts they kept giving me for doing such a poor job. I became tired of baby sitting them every time they applied an application, i would check their work after every visit and i would find most of the work not completed, had to fire them spring 2017, i checked work after first application, they skipped half the job. I will be hiring someone else, don't have time or patience to baby sit any longer, need the job done right the first time vs not at all no matter how cheap the price.
