  • They switched brands of medicine on me and didn't tell me about it and I had problems. Then they told me they couldn't get it until I told them I could get it at Costco and just switch everything over to them and then all of a sudden they could find it.

  • The eye care services at Park Nicollet Clinic were handled okay. They had to send me somewhere else for a follow up because there were some problems. They were pretty much on time. We don’t have a choice as to whether to use again because it’s our provider for healthcare. We had a little trouble with the bedside manner. There just weren’t as friendly as they could have been. It was just the physician we saw, we have other options there.

  • I would say they're excellent.  They're not the cheapest but they have a lot of facilities throughout here in the city and we have a great insurance policy. As far as the care and everything, they're excellent. They're very professional, clean equipment and they do good job so, yes, it's a good heath care provider. They have a way to get into your medical records and see the results on your test so you don't have to go back to the doctor. If there are some issues they would call. They're good providers, they do have several facilities and referrals to other areas.

  • I went there after I had 2 knee replacements. They were very nice and friendly and very helpful. I like the staff and the hospital everyone was so nice and helpful. I will use them again if I needed to.

  • I like the doctors and the front desk staff, they are really organized. They get you in and out rather fast. I like that the office is very clean with nice wall art. The staff are all professional friendly and nice, very helpful. I will continue to use them in the future.

  • Don't go to emergency rooms on New Year's Eve (there's a joke in there). It was VERY, VERY busy. Folding chairs were brought out to for people.
EVERYONE was curteous and seemed to want to go out of their way to make people comfortable and safe. I was VERY impressed. Extra people were brought in to help.
We still waited 3 hours, but it seemed 'fair' given what we saw around us waiting.
Dr. was prompt once we were in treatment room. All issues, including billing, was done in the room after the service was provided. Wonderful!!
Several people checked on us during the wait to assure nothing had changed that needed quicker attention and that we were as comfortable as could be.
I was put in a wheelchair that was past it's prime. This is my ONLY negative. The seat was so worn out and stretched that the bar under the seat for support was painful to sit on.. They brought a pillow once I realized that was part of my own pain.
May i or my loved ones NEVER need ER again, but if needed, I would prefer theirs if possible!!

  • They are connected with the Methodist Hospital, which is one of the best in the country, they have health partners, but I go to this clinic. They are outstanding, and the attitude of their employees is outstanding.  Whichever department I go to, they are ready to help with a big smile, and I don’t want to go to any other place.

  • For a long time I have believed that nurse practitioners for primary/general care are better than doctors as they take more time and have much better communicate skills.  Gretchen is the best I have found and would strongly recommend this clinic.  The "C" I have for office environment is based on them moving to a new facility that is a bit dated (especially in comparison to their old office).  However, the age of the lobby chairs is the least thing to worry about when it comes to finding someone who provides exceptional healthcare to your child.

  • She is very personable and takes the time with all of her clients to explain things. She always makes an effort to fit you in, and she is always available by e-mail if I have ever had a problem. I can send her a question at four in the morning and she gets back to me at 6 am when she gets up and that is nice. The place is great for anyone who has reasonably healthy children but may not be the best place if there are more issues and concerns. It is a small practice and some of their lab work has to be sent out. It is great for our day-to-day care and they know us and have seen us a lot. I can call at any time during the day and they figure out how to fit me in and that part is great. They are also located about less than a mile from my house. I have had some small issues with the billing but it is nothing worth talking about. They are great for us.

  • There were many aspects of my stay which were not pleasant including the door to my room being left open while I was having a procedure completed, staff refusing to have my son in the nursery after I had a c-section and the woman who insisted on collecting the co-pay for the birth 12 hours after the birth as my surgeon was examining my incision (she refused to leave even after the doctor asked her to leave the room).
