    Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
Both my husband and I are in wheelchairs. So our washer and dryer are upstairs. So we had to have a special pipe put downstairs, so the water doesn't run directly into the tub and plug up. Because we aren't able to go down and see if it gets plugged. So they put in a pipe that runs directly out of the house. It turned out great. It's worked forever.

It worked out great. The service was great.  The person that came was great.  I really appreciate that they came on a Sunday, but I really think their cost is; the only disagreement is I think their cost is a little high. I would use them again, especially in an emergency. We just figured they'd come out on a Sunday.

The job went very well. The workmanship was professional and complete. They asked questions, offered suggestions and explained everything as they went along. The guy who completed the job was second to none. He was thorough, professional and worked very well in partnership with the owners plans. It was a great job and a great experience.

    Advanced Construction Services
Our house is from the 60s and has had significant water intrusion in the basement. The first installation took care of 85% of the problem. When we had water still coming in the front wall, they came back, twice, to redo and expand the work, going way beyond the original commitment to be sure it was right. We now have a dry basement.
Definitely would recommend this company. They stuck with it to be sure things were taken care of.
Be sure you have anything in the basement covered. This is a dusty procedure.

    Easy to schedule.

Showed up right  on time. (Called ahead)

Took a little longer than it would have, if he was not training in a younger plumber. No problem for me.

Made sure there were NO leaks.

Cleaned up very well after this small project.

    Farrand Dirtworks & Landscaping
We initially contacted Tim from Farrand Dirtworks sometime before spring. Tim came out with snow and all and he walked through our lot discussing our plans for excavating two ponds, and swales to feed the ponds. We also discussed incorporating different size boulders into our existing and soon to be landscape. Tim followed up with a quote very promptly and very professionally through e-mail, as we had requested.
Unfortunately, we didn't have much of a spring this year which kept delaying Tim from being able to come out. At the same time, our work schedule prevented us from being able to be home a few times. However, Tim always kept in contact and was always available via phone or e-mail.
Finally, the day came and we were very excited! Tim and his crew showed up on-time, and again walked us through every single detail before commencing the excavation. In addition, instead of just plowing through the excavation, Tim engaged us on a couple of instances to make sure the work was being completed to our satisfaction. And on a couple of occasions we asked Tim to change a few details. He was always professional and very responsive.
To make the story short, Tim from Farrand Dirtworks did an excellent job. He was very engaging through out the process and made sure the work was being done to our satisfaction. Tim makes this work look almost effortless, however, the level of detail and professionalism is outstanding.
Just a quick note: during discussions with Tim that day we decided to incorporate river rock. We found an outlet that sold it not too far from our home. We decided to ask Tim if he would use his dump truck at our location to pick up and deliver the river rock.
Almost without hesitation Tim agreed and not long thereafter, we were on our way.
To sum it up, we are very pleased with the services we received. For a few months we talked with different people trying to explain our vision, but none of them went out of their way to pay us a visit. If it wasn't for Tim, we probably wouldn't have engaged in our landscape project this year. We doubt that we would have found any other provider with the level of services that Tim provides.
    Thanks Tim.

    J & M CONCRETE & WATERPROOFING INC
To my dismay a corner in our finished basement started to leak water soaking our carpet and pad. I had made an attempt to cure the issue from the outside adjusting the gutter downspouts to no avail. That being said I called Mark at J&M and he had the answer to my problems. I described the issue to him and knew right away a solution to the problem and although he was certain of the fix, he still came over within two hours to take a look at our issue. He diagnosed that the concrete floor needed to removed so that they could access the floor drainage system without having to affect our drywall and baseboards which was a huge help. The very next day Mark's son, Mike, and his helper came over promptly at the time agreed with a prior phone call informing me of their location and time of arrival! Once at the location, drop clothes were laid and they got to work.

Throughout the process Mike, gave me detailed status reports of the work they were doing and the issues they were seeing, along with making sure I saw what was happening first hand. As Mark had described the issues were attributed to a lack of drainage and with a few drilled holes and added rock the issue was remedied. Mike and the helper were clean and clearly made sure to be respectful of my home. I would highly recommend these guys as a trustworthy company that will get it done right the first time. On a side note, it rained the very next day after the fix and the carpet was as dry as it was the first day is was installed. Thanks guys!

    Gardner Construction Inc
Excellent!  We called Gardner Construction on 3/13/12 and talked to Jerry.  He came out the same day and gave us an estimate.  He said we would have to wait until the ground thawed before we could have the above work completed.  The following week the ground thawed (with the early spring we're having) and we had the work done.  Jerry and his crew were here at 7:30 a.m. on 3/22/12.  They completed all of the work in a timely manner.  They were all very professional and courteous.  After they had left you would never have known that anyone had been working in the basement or yard, their cleanup was so thorough.  They did  a fabulous job and we would call them again in a hearbeat!  We would highly recommend them to anyone for basement waterproofing!!

    TruMasters
Trent at TruMasters acted as the contractor for my home remodel project. He sat down with me to determine what I wanted and needed, and gave me a "menu" from which to order. He has connections to all the professionals in the Twin Cities who provide the highest quality work at the most reasonable cost, which enabled me to afford every item on the menu! All the work was done as scheduled, on time, and perfectly. It's better than I even imagined. The attention to detail is amazing; Trent insisted that the flooring installers take up and replace the molding around the fireplace because he didn't think it looked as good as it should, even when I thought it looked fine. When it was corrected, thought, I could see that he was right. He pointed out areas that needed attention, and also pointed out when I was spending too much money!

Trent is going to come out once a year and sit down with me to discuss any house projects that need to be completed, as well as any weekly, monthly, or annual maintenance I might need in the span of a year. He'll roll everything into one price, then divide it into 12 monthly payments. I love this idea, because I won't have to be stuck paying for a large project all at once. I also don't have to get estimates for each project; Trent takes care of that. I just tell him when I want each project to happen, and he arranges everything. Ultimately, the cost is less than what I would pay if I were hiring people to do each individual job. If anything extra should come up during the year, I just call.

    Blaylock Plumbing Co
THEY CAME OUT WITHIN AN HOUR OF MY CALL, REVIEWED THE VIDEOTAPE OF THE DRAIN THAT THE CITY OF RICHFIELD HAD TAPED, PROVIDED ME WITH EXPERT ADVICE AND AN ESTIMATE OF THE COST. THIS WAS ON FRIDAY. ON MONDAY MORNING THEY WERE THERE TO DO THE WORK. ARRIVED PROMPTLY ON TIME. COMPLETED THE PROJECT AND KEPT ME INFORMED OF THEIR PROGRESS. THEY DID A GREAT JOB OF PACKING ALL THAT DIRT BACK IN AND CUTTING AND STACKING THE LARGER ROOTS THEY HAD TO PULL OUT. I HARDLY HAD TO DO ANYTHING BEFORE RE-SEEDING THE LAWN. I WOULD HIRE THEM AGAIN...BUT HOPEFULLY WONT HAVE TO!
