Excellent. He responded quickly to my email inquiry and was able to complete the requested service within the same week. He was friendly, professional, reasonably priced and efficient. He cleaned up and hauled away all trash. I will definitely use his services again!

    Solution Painting LLC
It went great.  Travis was eager to get started and the garage door installers sort of slowed his progress.  He power washed the entire house and attached garage, caulked seams, painted the main surface and trim (a different color).  He was very prompt, asked questions for clarification and was extremely professional. We have plans to have him paint two more buildings before the end of this season.

Chris was very timely in his arrival and work.  Accomplished everything that I asked and pointed out a couple of things that I had not noticed, which I was grateful for.  He was very clean in his work also, which I appreciated being that I own my own house cleaning business.  I would like to strongly recommend him as he was very professional and nice to work with, and he takes great pride in his work.

He was going to install a garage door, said he has done over 700 of them. when he came out, he claimed he didn't know how to

put them up.  we had a concrete, but my husband did all the necessary  work, so it would be just as easy as any other garage door.

He told me he had to go home and get more tools, he stated he "forgot" to bring them.  I waited around the job site. ( new

construction )  for almost 1 hour, before he called back to say he decided he didn't want the job.

Prior to this, we had many time that we set up times for him to do the work, but then he would cancel last minute, saying he is "behind"  on another  job

I would NOT recommend this company.

    Krueger Painting
On 8/12/13, we purchased the $99 Big Deal for 4 hrs. of handyman service by Krueger Painting. Ray Krueger contacted us within a couple of days after our purchase. He indicated he had received an overwhelming response to his coupon so it might take awhile to get to our project (maybe the end of Sept./early Oct.) At that time, we were not in a rush to have work done, so that was fine. He said it would be best to see our home to estimate the project. He was supposed to come 9/15, but something came up for him at the last minute, and we rescheduled to 9/28. We mainly wanted to remove a drop-in ceiling and sheetrock the original plaster & lathe ceiling. His visit went well, he seemed very knowledgeable, and we discussed several options for our kitchen, both the ceiling and possibly a new sink/counter and expanding a doorway. We acknowledged that we would pay for his services that went beyond the coupon offer, and he estimated about $650 for the projects we discussed. He would also charge the standard mileage rate over 25 miles or so due to our distance from his home. He was to get back to us the next day (Sunday) to see what we decided and set up a date to start the project. We did not hear from him, so we finally emailed him on 10/16. He replied on 10/17 that he had an issue with MN Labor & Industry ordering him not to do electrical or plumbing work, and he hoped to get back to us the following evening. We responded that we could get someone else to do those parts of our project, so that was fine. Mr. Krueger never got back to us. We emailed again on 10/22, as we had an idea to add another item, including a stove, and mentioning that we found one on sale through 11/5 so it would be great if he could let us know if that part of our project was feasible so we could purchase the stove on sale. We also called, I believe on 10/24 or 25, and left a voicemail. He did not respond. We sent another email early on 11/5 asking him to please contact us to let us know if he intended to go forward with our project. He has not responded. Note - he mentioned at his visit that he was getting some negative feedback due to his not responding to calls/emails immediately, and that he received so many in a day that it was difficult to respond to all, so we gave him some slack in his response time, or we would have followed up more frequently than we did.

I called Ryan at Woodcraft Express to install a front entry door. I was a little embarrassed about how simple the job was. Ryan treated me with professionalism and listened to the details of my project. We agreed upon a time to have them install the door. I had already ordered the door and was planning on putting it in myself. Greg and Keith showed up at the agreed upon time and had it installed with the hardware in a matter of a couple hours. Greg said it wouldn't have taken so long but they needed to cut back some flooring. Greg and Keith left when finished. Everything was clean and the only thing left was a very nice looking front door. I was impressed that everyone I dealt with was so professional.

We were to meet with AJ tonight at 6:30 - we had an appt. He didn't show up or call. He had our address and phone number and no contact with him whatsoever. This was for an estimate. Not happy.
