I didn't use Champion Garage Doors. I used another AL-recommended vendor, who did a GREAT job. I am NOT giving Champion a bad review, I just didn't work with them, and I know nothing about them.

Had a great experience. a chain sprocket sheared off my old opener. The technician gave option of fixing or replacing the 16 year old opener. Decided on the opener and next day he had it installed in just an hour. Would definitely use again if need be.

As the door was closing it fell suddenly with a huge bang, trapping both cars inside. We couldn't raise the door on its own. The tech from Champion arrived promptly and diagnosed what the problem was (upper rail bracket needed to be adjusted and firmed up) and fixed it. He also went through a whole door tune-up/inspection. Great service! We would definitely use them again and highly recommend Champion Garage doors.
