DESCRIPTION OF WORK
I have a roof leak that is difficult to pin point. David went up on the roof and checked my vents and roof in general. One vent in particular appeared to be susceptible to leaks and he sealed it and took time to seal all vents and nails etc. to ensure nothing was missed. He also noticed that some shingles appeared darker due improper ventilation and we decided that the soffit vents are plugged and need replacing. I agreed that was correct and he will return later to replace them. David was very knowledge and personable and when I offered to pay him he said that we needn't pay for what he did but instead would bill us for the soffit vent work. Needless to say, that I was greatly impressed with this company and will hire again and recommend them to others.

We were involved in the June 2017 hail storm. We had damage to our siding, roof, gutters, fence and everything involved with these things. All American met with us and the insurance adjuster and helped us through the entire process. Jim came out to look at the roof vent as our dryer was not functioning properly. We suspected the vent needed to be replaced and had purchased an upgraded vent to replace the roof vent installed by the previous roofers.
