AC & N ConstructionI would go to him again in a heartbeat if I had to build a house. He doesn't accept anything but perfection. They drew up the plans to build the house which was nice because you don't have the separate expense of an architect. His son does the woodwork by hand which was unbelievable workmanship. Even If I had a small job for him it wouldn't discourage me from calling him. I know if we need someone for snow plowing or gardening I call Chuck first. He is good for referrals.- Kathleen N.

BArchadeck of Central South CarolinaThe work started in November of 2011, with one man doing all the labor. He was very professional and has done excellent quality work. The project did take longer than originally anticipated for 3 reasons; weather, the construction worker has family concerns that required him leaving in the mid-afternoon each day and sometimes required him to be at home (this was not a problem for us, as we had no specific time-line to complete the job), and there was also about a week where he had to finish a previous job. Time was given after completion of the work for us to live with the deck for a couple of weeks before sending in the final payment. That was delayed as we were waiting for some paperwork from the contractor before finall payment was made. We were not pressured by the contractor at any time, and communication was generally good (i.e. we didn't have to call several times to find out information - our calls were responded to in a timely manner). Overall, we are wonderfully pleased with our new deck and porch flooring. It's a vast improvement in quality and appearance over what we had previously (which was also composite material that had warped, as well as the lap band pulling away from the house).- Kathleen P.

APRO's 1) Returned my call same day as inquiry. 2) Visited my property next day. 3) Called me from my property with quote. 4) Roof was installed two days later. 5) Was willing to take over when another roofing contractor left us high-and-dry. CON's 1) I have to dig deep for a con. The price for labor was higher than we had anticipated, but we needed the roof installed before the first snowstorm hit. We were really happy with the service we received from Mike and we would gladly recommend them to our friends & family.

ANick came and gave me an estimate on a Tuesday and took the trees down the next day. This was part 1 of 2. He will be installing a fence, removing a concrete patio area and fixing the really ugly flower beds. He has been very helpful through this whole process. Because of his prompt service I have hired him to do some tree work at my rental property.
