No problems whatsoever.   He was professional, extremely fast, careful not to damage anything in the surrounding area, and
charged what he quoted us.  We would definitely hire him again and will recommend him to our friends.

    Dynasty Tree Experts
Dynasty was very prompt and professional in the removal of the trees, especially since the area where we live had an extensive amount of trees downed and they were booked from morning to night. They did a very good job and we would highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Todd and his crew did a great job.  I had concerns about smaller trees being damaged because the trees I was having removed were leaning over the smaller trees.  There was no damage at all!  All the limbs were chipped and hauled away.  The area was raked and left very clean.  I wanted to keep the wood; all the logs were stacked at the edge of the area in nice, neat piles.

Initially they were very professional and responsive, stone work looks great, however one of the spruce trees died within a month due to improper planting and they  would only cover ½ the price. The new tree was crooked. Sod did not take root, it was green but could still be pulled up  from the surface a year later. Plants planted in flower beds were not appropriate for the type of light. For example the area that gets no sun had plants that required direct sun. They would not replace them. Native grasses also did not grow, due to inappropriate light requirements. Over all the plants and grass did not grow well, and most died even with adequate watering.
We also had some areas planted with wild flowers. Very few flowers bloomed, most of it was thistles and other weeds. Very disappointed since we had saved a long time to be able to afford this project.
We used their lawn mowing and fertilization service for a year. They used huge machines that tore up some of the grass when turning.
Irrigation system over watered some areas and was inadequate in others.

We wanted to clear trees to the lake on the back lot.  Todd was very easy to work with and came out three times to discuss what trees needed to be taken out and which ones needed to be trimmed up.  The lot looks great and we now have a view of the back lake.  I didn't realize how bad the trees by the road looked until Todd trimmed them up.  This was a project we've wanted to do for quite a while but kept putting it off.  With the way it turned out, we wish we would have done it sooner.  Excellent to work with and does an excellent job.

Todd was very busy this summer with all of the wind damaged trees in the area. He kept in touch with me until he was able to get to my place to do the work. He took down the tall pines first, one of which was dead and close to my property line, next to my neighbor's house. Then he worked on the large oak. This tree was leaning over the power lines and had been trimmed by the city which left it even more lopsided. Between the time that Todd came to give me an estimate and the time he came to do the work we had had another severe storm during which the entire top of the oak came down and having missed the power lines on both my neighbor's property and mine had wedged into another tree and was laying across the fence onto my neighbor's yard. The tree was threatening my neighbor's garage if it fell. Turned out the whole tree was hollow inside and had been for many years while still living. It was very dangerous working on it. Todd took out the entire tree and the big piece of it that fell on my neighbor's yard. The he trimmed up the tops of my birch tree. Another birch that I wanted him to trim had been split in the storm that took the top off the oak, so he trimmed up the whole tree and took out the damaged parts. When they were done there was no evidence that they had even been here everything was cleaned up! My neighbor was surprised also when she looked out and there were two guys and in a little while the top of the tree laying in her yard was gone and everything was cleaned up like it had never been there.
Todd is very good to work with. He takes the time to talk about what he found and what he has to do to take care of it without pushing to do more than needs to be done. He is very knowledgeable about trees makes suggestions but does not try to push you into doing more work than needs to be done.

When I called Steffen Tree Service for an estimate, he came out the same day and provided me with a written estimate. He explained their schedule - one week out - and they kept to it. They removed seven large trees from our yard. Two of the trees were very large oaks within feet of our house. They worked around the house and the electric and cable service lines, and removed both trees without incident. They filled in their boom truck tracks with topsoil and grass seed, and left the yard in perfect condition. Their price was very reasonable and I would highly recommend them for any tree removal that you might be considering.

A wind storm blew a 70 ft tall jack pine down over a shed crushing it. I called for them to remove it since there were motorcycles in the shed that might be damaged if the tree collapsed further. I needed a professional. They were fast, but very professional and obviously knew what they were doing. They took all the safety precautions necessary, and cleaned everything up at the end. Job well done.

We are very pleased with this company's quality of work, integrity, and conscientiousness for completing the work in the best way possible. They go above and beyond to leave the area as good or better than it was found. This is the second time we have had Todd and his company help us with difficult and dangerous trees and we would highly recommend them again!

Yard Works Lawn & Home LLC
Rodrick Paulson has become more involved in construction rather than landscaping and was highly recommended by Tad Hoskins who has a handyman service to fix my skylight.  They came over made temporary repairs and returned today and quickly put the new unit in, cleaned up inside and out and scheduled a return visit to make sure things are right.  This is a very competent polite young man who charges a fair price for services rendered.
