    Kuechle Construction Company
Wonderful! Kuechle Construction Company was very professional. We needed our whole basement remodeled added a bathroom, media center, wet bar and bedroom. Everything was done in a timely matter and reasonably priced. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone.

    Hartland Builders Corp
Hail damage occurred due to 8/13 storm. My insurance company approved the claim. Hartland Builders came out, took pictures and worked with the insurance company. The crew contracted to do the work, cleaned up. The window wrapped were done in December due to high demand. Contractor were very responsive and followed up.

    Lifetime Construction & Restoration Inc.
Paul and his crew were very professional and prompt.  Paul and John were here with my claims adjuster which made the process easier.  We received great communication from Paul and John throughout the process.  The finished product looks wonderful and the cleanup was thorough.  They even helped us pick a shingle color that complimented our house.  Thanks for making a stressful incident stress-free!

    Sussel Builders
They did a good job but I would have brought in an architect to straighten out some of the details that were overlooked or missed but that is probably the only problem I had with them, but then again it is not their fault, it is my own fault for being short sighted.  We didn’t know what we were doing anyway, does anyone?!  We haven’t done an addition on the house before and we have been in this space for thirty-five years.  We put in a lot of windows in it and it looks like a three-season porch but it isn’t, it is actually a four-season porch and the guy really knocked himself out getting it designed but when it came down to building it , not so much.  I ordered a Chalet look to windows on the east side of the house where the addition is, and it didn’t occur.  I asked him if there was any way to change that and he said no, so I let it go but it turned out be a favor because the ferns will now get watered better from the rains.  I wanted that European feel but that is my own quirk, I can't fault him for it at all but I wish I had known because we could have put it in the design easy enough and got it done, had we known ahead of time what they were going to do.  They put the footing down in May 2012 and they weren’t done until the end of July 2012 but it was not their fault because we had a lot of rain then.  The original quote was around a $100000 and even with the overruns, it came about $25000 under than the other bid we got, which is fair enough.   They subcontract the work and the workers that they bring in are excellent and have been with the company for fifteen to twenty years and are so happy to have the job that they knock themselves out to do the job right, that you will not get disappointment, which is my advertisement for Sussel.

    Plekkenpol Builders, Inc.
We did not go with them because they were on the high end.  The experience getting the quote was okay.  The main reason we didn’t go with them was they were too expensive but they probably brought in additional services, like architect services which we did not have with the company that we went with, so that might have made some of the difference.  We figured by the time they were done, they were going to be over the estimate that they had given us anyway.  Their quote started at $150000.  It was a nice addition and we wanted to increase the size of our house by one fourth.  However, after having worked with the company without the architect, I feel like with Plekkenpol, we would have had a better outcome with the architectural aspect of home building but again, they are too expensive.

    Stafford Construction
Mike and his team were prompt and professional with their suggestions and quote.  They showed up when they said they would.  They completed the job as promised and did nice work.  They cleaned up after the job.  I am satisfied with the result.

Get many quotes and compare apples to apples. Get reveiws/recommendations from others. Ask questions about the process, costs, etc. up front. We had a good experience and are very happy with our decision to use FaciliTech!

    Rutledge Construction Co.
I called Rutledge at the recommendation of a friend.  Rutledge was the only company, of three, that provided an estimate in a timely manner.
The original estimate was comparable to others I eventually got.  The cost rose as some problems were uncovered.
I was happy with the two carpenters who came promptly every day.  The site was thoroughly cleaned up when the work was completed.
I was completely satisfied with the work.

    4 Square Builders
It was an awful experience. The job wasn't done on time. You might as well go through the phonebook and find somebody to do all of the work yourself. This contractor is not a contractor. I had to do all of the work myself, including calling up all of the sub-contractors. The work was kind of completed, but not 100%. They were supposed to be leaving some trim work and materials behind so we could do the work, but that wasn't done. The work that was done was done well, but it wasn't done in a timely manner. They weren't very professional. The windows sat in my garage for two weeks before they were installed. We never got a detailed explanation of what exactly they were doing. They were very unorganized. I think a contractor should schedule everything at the start and let me know if the schedule will deviate. I had to keep calling him, and he wasn't very good at letting me things know when things were or weren't going to happen. It was very frustrating. It was one of the worst experiences I've ever had.

    Samara Homes
David Stubblefield of Samara Custom Homes is the original builder of our home. We purchased in 2003. For years, our shower leaked and re-grouting would not solve the issue. Six years later, with David's help, we discovered that the subcontractor failed to install a rubber boot in the shower floor. David corrected the issue at no cost. He arranged for the work on our schedule. I appreciate David's professionalism and willingness to stand behind the work of his subcontractors. When we build again, I plan to choose Samara homes.
