BNorthrup Remodeling, Roofing & ExteriorsWe live in a 100 year old house. The rafters in our original roof broke and we had a mess. We wanted to repair the structure and re-roof with metal because it's lighter. I went around our neighborhood and talked to 5 neighbors that had metals roofs and eventually landed on Northrup. However, it didn't go well. They did the repair right away, but it sat there, naked, for weeks. I had to hound them - I think because they were waiting on a subcontractor maybe. Finally, they came and did it on a weekend. Fast forward one year - some of the trim didn't get done near the dormer and the little roof over the front door. Mark White came out and fixed it immediately. Fast forward another year, discovered the top-level bathroom fan didn't get vented. HOWEVER!!!! Mark White busted his butt to make it right. The employee that managed the project is no longer there, but Mark really worked at making sure we were happy. I have to give Mark credit for tolerating my nagging and being not-so-happy with all the issues, yet making sure everything was corrected. The work and repairs were top shelf once everything got done. I'm not sure I would hire again after all this. I suspect it had something to do with the previous employee. Maybe there are new project managers now that are more on top of things.- Sally D.

AWe hired Tony and his crew from Form and Pour Cement Works and couldn't be happier. When my wife and I moved into our home, we quickly discovered some major drainage issues that needed to be addressed right away. Tony and his team regraded and pour a new cement patio, front sidewalk and steps to our entryway, and replaced the first 12 feet of slab in front of our garage. We were impressed with Tony's hardwork-ethic, skill, and craftsman ship, as well as the speed of their work. We now have all of our water grading issues accounted for and will be able to enjoy our new concrete work for years to come. We highly recommend Form and Pour Concrete Works! You won't be disappointed.

FAbsolutely horrible from start to finish. Took many days for a quote. Didn't show up on initial install date and never called. Installed a driveway that is not straight. Didn't abide by the specs of the quote. Confrontaive and verbally abused my wife. Said they would come out to review and never did. No follow up and probably the worst service I ha e ever experienced. This review is directly pointed towards the owners (husband and wife team). DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...FAIR WARNING!

AAbsolutely amazing! Don and his team do beyond professional and the highest quality work. We built a new home with an unusable backyard because of the severe slope down into a wetland pond. Don created an absolutely beautiful design for our whole yard. It included a rock retaining wall to separate the wetland pond, and provide for a level backyard to entertain and enjoy with. It includes a patio with intricate design, with steps that went down to a lower level gas fire pit area. Planted over 30 trees with wonderful combinations of pine trees, maple and others. Creatively designed perennials, shrubs and bushes throughout the yard, with boulders scattered throughout. He installed lighting to enhance trees and many uplighting spots. We can not even begin to say how much we love our yard, being outdoors all of the time, and nightly fires. We live in a newer development near a walking path, and we get compliments even still and constantly about how beautiful his work was. Don has a gift of design, with attention to detail in everything. His team cleans up every single night. They even swept our city street from any mulch or dirt that may have scattered. His entire team is respectful. Our neighbors actually sought us out to tell us they were impressed with the crew, as they never saw them sitting doing nothing, except to eat lunch. Hard working, great clean up, caring and responsible team and crew. We will be hiring Don for any future projects!

AThe main portion of the work was completed in 3 days. They returned in one week to seal the surface after the concrete was cured. We really appreciated the work ethic and professionalism of the work crew. They worked steadily, no loud music or raised voices, kept us informed of progress. Greg Pietig, the owner, showed up every day to check in with the crew and make sure everything was on track, and they had what they needed. We are very happy with the result.
