  • I was overdue for a transmission fluid change so I figured it was time to make an appointment. I called a few shops and got pricing on their services. They were all about the same so it came down to when they could fit me in. TSI was able to get me in the soonest. The shop was a bit difficult to get to, due to all the road construction, but not impossible. I waited at the shop while they worked on the car. All of the people I met there were professional and friendly. They were faster than estimated and the price was actually a few bucks less than I was quoted. The car runs great and I'm glad I picked these guys. I will definitely go back there next time.

  • It was fantastic. I've used them before for other car issues, including troubleshooting why my car would die after driving on the highway for a period of time (RB Honda put too much oil in my car). They had my tires sent to the shop next day and my car was ready that afternoon. Always classy, always done right, and always treated well. This is my main car shop now and was after the first time using them.

  • Competetive price for tires and found out had problem with wheel bearings. I had suspected them but was told by another repair place they were not the problem. Very professional in how they handled it and car performed well afterwards.

  • Price included parts and labor. I have an expensive car to repair. I have never had issues with them and always used them. The company brought over the wrong sensor, I had to pick up my car the next day, but they did give me a ride home.

  • They did a fantastic job. Their experience and expertise is unparalleled. They give me me honest and reliable work every time. I wanted to know everything I needed to do for my car to get another three years out of it, they looked the car over fixed the rattling which was suspension rods or pins, anyways they told me about another minor issue but told me it was so minor that it did not need to be fixed at this time. They are a family owned business that my whole father has trusted for years, they are honest, reliable, and they treat their customers like family. If you want quality service go to Elsen Brothers Auto Repair. Ryan will greet you with a smile and will take the time to explain every element of your car repair and answer all your questions!

  • Everything went very well. Their price quote was the lowest among a host of other quotes from different places, including Tintmaster. I got all 4 side windows, the back windshield, and the "visor" in the front windshield.

  • The stated repair was completed, belt and pump replacements were recommended on a prior oil change. Everything else about the experience was frustrating and misleading. Left the vehicle for the day so there was no time constraint to finish the repair by certain time of day. So their customer service took that opportunity to call me early on and go through a list of 8 items they recommended for repair, almost all items were based on the age of the vehicle not actual inspection. Well, just being thorough one might think. Think again. Prior to dropping off the repair, the check engine light was on and the car had issues misfiring. I had also mentioned that on the phone when making the appt, stating I don't know if it had anything to do with the belt replacements but wanted to bring the car in sooner rather than later since the check engine was on. So on picking up the car, check engine still on and car misfiring. Inquired as to what they discovered and why they hadn't informed me that the car still had these issues. At first they claimed ignorance but after pressing for a bit one mechanic admitted they noticed the check engine and took down some codes. The first attempt to explain their oversight for not informing me was that they couldn't make a repair without authorization. Wait a minute, logic check, if you don't tell me how could I authorize? Their next attempt was that based on diag codes, any potential diagnose and repair couldn't be completed that day. So they took the time to call me and propose several additional hours of repairs but not this specific (and obvious) repair ? So they essentially copped again to knowing the check engine was on. Their last attempt resorted to the "paper trail" argument - it wasn't written down on the envelope left in the overnight drop box so they didn't know to look for it. So their defense for their dishonesty was incompetence. Either way they lost my business.

  • He use to work at Volvo and he and his partner both good and so their very well train and their very professional and I don't go anywhere else.

He not only knows his stuff, he knows how to explain it to you and that especially when your doing something you yourself don't know how to fix is key.

  • The gentleman was excellent. He gave me information about my car I was unaware of as a owner (I'm a new owner of this particular model and know very little about it). He gave me great advise and was pleasant.

  • Excellent work, my car looks like brand new again. Excellent attention to detail, they literally cleaned every nook & cranny! And my interior was already almost dry when I picked it up on the same day. This has not been my experience with prior shops I've used. Friendly staff, I'll definitely be back!
