    Roni's Mobile Grooming
I've always liked using Roni's mobile grooming. Unfortunately she's become to busy to take on new clients, or see existing clients who don't book out for the entire year. I know that she tried to bring on another employee and it didn't work out. Sadly, this means that I will need to find another groomer going forward because I just can't commit to every 2,4 or 6 weeks for a year at a time. When I was able to book her, she was great and I loved having her come to our house. She's quite a bit more expensive than a regular groomer where you bring your dog to them, but she did a great job and was the only groomer who was able to cut my dog's nails to a satisfactory length (I swear my dog keeps a nail file in her kennel!). I understand there's only one of her, but after having a negative experience at another groomer, I'm disappointed that I can't continue to use her w/o making a year long commitment. As of right now I'll be going to another groomer, but if she gets another employee to make more hours available, I'd definitely go back. At this point (because she's so busy) she's not very easy to get a hold of (it took me 3 different ways of contacting her to get an answer in 3 days), but that's somewhat understandable too.

    Creative Paws Pet Grooming
Wonderful experience. They were always concerned about making the least stressful experience for my cat. They suggested doing the minimum work to keep the time to 30 minutes. This could be a test to see how my cat reacted. If my cat was calm, I could bring him back at another time for a full grooming. Everything went well and he got a little extra combing and cleaning. I'll be taking my cat back to Creative Paws to keep his fur clean and mat free.

    For Pet's Sake
I don't remember complaining about the price. I already have an appointment. It takes less than two hours to get my animal groomed. They keep them in the back in the kennel. The groomers and the receptionist?are great with me and my pet.

    All 4 Dogs
We brought our dog who had been there many times over the past 3-4 years to get groomed. She's always ecstatic to see them because they are usually so great to her. My husband dropped her off and went home. Later that day they said she was ready and my husband went to pick her up. When he got there she couldn't get out of there fast enough (which is not like her, she usually loves that place1). When we got home she went straight to her kennel and wouldn't come out - she was very mopey and sad. Later on that night I did a once-over of her and noticed that not only was her hair cut un-even (parts of her were still very long, and it was all un-even and choppy) but they had nicked her twice on her belly with the clippers/scissors and she had clearly been bleeding. After further examination I noticed that her dew claw had clearly been clipped to short and was bleeding. I know this because there was the powdery substance on her nail that they use to stop it from bleeding. They had clipped one of her nails too short before, which I wasn't happy about (both that they did it, but that they didn't tell me) but didn't say anything because she has pure black nails and you can't see the quick. The fact that they did it again AND didn't tell me, she looked like she had gone through a lawn mower, and then also nicked her with the clippers/scissors twice was the straw that broke the camels back. I will not be going back, have told everyone that I know that goes there not to go, and I wouldn't recommend you do either. I'm so disappointed because they were so great up until the new owners.

    Michele's Paw Spa
I was a little hesitant due to the age of the last reviews, but due to proximity to my home, I took a chance.  I could not have been more satisfied and excited I have found a new groomer!  The business is easy to find and get to.  The staff is calm and very welcoming to both me and my dogs.  The salon is clean, organized and smells like shampoo.  The services were explained to me clearly and prior to the grooming.  The dogs that were there when I arrived were not crying or cringing more than normal.  When I came to pick my dogs up they were happy, and just GORGEOUS! ! I have a rescue dog that will bite, but Denise was so good with him and did not need the muzzle except for the ear cleaning. (and nobody got bit)!  I highly recommend this grooming salon and will be a loyal customer from now on.

    All 4 Dogs
I called and asked to schedule an appointment for my dog because I wanted a groomer a little closer to my home.  I told the person I spoke to that my dog gets a little nervous around noise but she said they could put cotton in her ears and dry her in the kennel dryer. So we scheduled an appointment.  Several hours later I get a message on my phone that the owner did not feel they can work with a timid dog so they cancelled my appointment without talking to me or getting any details.  She has been groomed at two other places without an issue we just wanted something closer to home.  I called back to have a conversation with the owner and she was not available so I told the person on the phone what happened and how I thought was very unprofessional for the owner to not even talk to me but to leave a message. Her response was, "oh".  We are probably lucky she did this so we went back to the groomer in Roseville who can handle a timid dog.

    Stone Mountain Pet Lodge
I brought both cats in for grooming, I get the sense cat grooming was
not nearly as important or part of their business plan (read, I had a
hard time getting them scheduled because they did not have a cat
groomer).  But when I did pick up my cats and paid just over $140.00
on;ly to have them returned smelling like dog poo, yep dog poo.  It was
like the person who was working with them had been working with a dog
before.  I called left a message never heard back.  A few months back, I
needed and urgent grooming.  I called them and for a grooming recently
hoping things had changed and they deserved another try.  It seems as
though they do not groom cats any more.

    MN Pets
We had to put our beloved 15 year old cat "Sofie" down because failing health. She hated going to Vet clinic and we did not want to put her through the added stress. Contacted MNpets, for in home euthanasia, Kristi took my call and very helpful and understanding. Set up an appointment the following day. Dr. Helen arrived on time, explained the procedure very thoroughly. She was very kind and compassionate. We are very pleased that we gave our pet Sofie the peace to pass in her own home. Sincerely, Ron & Di Soukup

    Michele's Paw Spa
I can't remember the exact price we paid, so I just filled something in.
I have a siberian husky and I bought nail covers for his tails so he wouldn't scratch the hard wood floor in our house. Michelle was amazing! She helped me glue these little overs on every single one of his toes. She was so kind and patient. I would recommend her to anyone.

    CENTENNIAL VETERINARY CLINIC
They are punctual and the staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. This is the veterinary clinic that we stay with as much as we can unless there is an emergency because they don't have Sunday or holiday hours.
