    We had our yearly furnace tune and the technician discovered that our heat exchanger had popped a rivet and was not working properly. We immediately met with Tom who determined what was the best furnace for our house. He sat down with us and reviewed the products and took the time to answer questions we had. Our furnace was installed two days later on a Saturday! The installation crew, Jeff and Chris, arrived on time and was able to switch out the furnaces within a few hours. We are so pleased with with the entire process. From start to finish, there was very little hassle on our part, no clean up and the prompt and punctual service allowed for our busy lives to carry on without much disruption. Tom, Jeff, and Chris were professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. Thank you for such quality service. We highly recommend Standard Heating & Air Conditioning!

    Went as good as could be expected. Repair done on a newer dryer...of course past warranty. The repair was delayed by lack of motor availability. Understandable since dryer was a newer one. The only slight issue we had was that the part charge was more than what we could have gotten it for online, but may have had to go without a dryer for a period of time. That aside, I was pleased at the process. A very nice group of people.

    Kathy quickly gave us a diagnosis over the phone, took down our model and serial number, and said she would do some research and get back to us soon. When she called back an hour or so later, she had the part and an estimate for us. She came out the same day, texted when she was on her way, walked right in and got to work, and was all done less than 45 minutes later. Our oven is again heating properly.

    Thank you for your FANTASTIC service!!! I am overly impressed with Twin Cities Appliance's service! Every one that I have had contact with ~ scheduling, technicians, etc~ have been the most pleasant, knowledgeable, efficient people I have ever seen in a Service industry! I had been, literally, battling with the appliance company that sold me a product that had issues from the very first day that I used it. After 5 months of trying to get them to get the problem corrected, Whirlpool corporation sent this warranty repair request to Twin Cities Appliance. Within minutes, TCA contacted me, set up the diagnostic service call (at a time that was convenient for ME!), scheduled it within 2 days, triple-confirmed the appointment (via email, phone message AND the service tech), and was right on time. The Tech (Jared) was was neat, efficient, totally knowledgeable and familiar with the product and had the diagnosis within minutes! He ordered the part needed to be delivered directly to my home (that was so smart! I knew immediately if the product showed up as hoped for) and scheduled the installation appointment ~ again, when it was convenient for ME~ based on the estimated delivery date. TCA obviously tracked the part order also, as they knew it was delivered to my home when I was away from the house, and immediately confirmed the appointment. Again, prior to the Service call today, they triple-confirmed the appointment, I was called when the tech was 15 minutes out, he (Jay, a different Tech) arrived on time, neat, happy, prepared and set right to work. Finishing within 10 minutes, including prep and clean up, I couldn't be happier!!! After a weary 5 months dealing with the company that sold me the appliance but was unable to diagnose the problem, made mistakes in ordering parts, no-showed on 3 occasions and ultimately refused to care anymore, Twin Cities Appliance erased the entire issue and gave me the product I paid for in less than 20 minutes total! I rarely find the opportunity to congratulate a company on stellar service. It seems as if Customer Service is a fleeting thought in too many instances. It is an absolute pleasure for me to thank and congratulate Twin Cities Appliance on its 5-Star Service to me and I look forward to recommending them to many, many more people!

    He didn't respect his customer. Never respond to my voicemail or Messenger Post (Even after reading it). I think he is a total scam. DON'T CALL HIM AS HE WILL NOT RESPOND. I DON'T THINK THIS BUSINESS EXIST ANYMORE.

    It went well they showed up on time and did the service work needed. Only negative I can think of, and its a petty complaint, the tech or tech's were clearly very heavy smokers, we needed to air out the mud room and kitchen for that matter! It's maybe not a real problem for others but I found it disappointing!

    Went great. These people are both friendly and efficient. Although they were only scheduled to clean out the dryer vent one of the men remembered  he had cleaned my gas fireplace before and offered to do it again which he did.
    I was very satisfied with their work and efficiency and pricing. One of the men even gave me some wildbird feeding advice.
