  A previous tree service I had contacted failed to come and do the work after they had promised, 3 times. I used Angies List to locate and contact Crow's Nest. We met and an estimate was provided and they agreed to do the work by the end of Oct. They came as promised, work was done, wood and branches were cleaned up. Only a bit of sawdust on the grass to show that they had been here. Pleased with the work.

  Large area storm on the 1st of July, so they were very busy, but, it took a long time for them to come out and give me an estimate.  I delayed a bit considering the estimate, but finally called and asked them to go ahead with the work.  They said they would be out in 2-3 weeks.  They did not make the 2-3 weeks.  I called again and asked if they were coming out, they said they would, within the next week or two.  Those weeks also past without any word.  I called a third time, telling them my property was on a national Solar Tour on Sat and that I needed the work done by the end of the week.  Nothing as of Fri evening.  I called and was told that their saw broke on Monday.  They had not bothered to call me to tell me I needed to find someone else, nor did they arrange someone to do the work for them.  I finally just told them to forget it and that I would find someone else.
