ABest-Rate Repair CompanyIt went great. I called the week before the work was done and one of the owners called and set up an appointment for the next day. The other call I placed to another highly ranked outfit never called me back. The work consisted of replacing deteriorated siding, which had to be especially milled. Don gave me a rough estimate and offered a work slot on the following Monday. I was thankfull for that as I had to leave town shortly after. On Monday am Don and Rocky the carpenter arrived. We went over the work and the possible problems, which didn't occur. Work commenced. I worked along side Rocky all day as I had much to do otherwise on the house. Rocky was all that could be hoped for and then some. He finished his work in good order and did some extra patching that he noticed along they way. For a first contact I can't say enough good about these folks and they are on top of my list for furture projects. The final price was within the estimate. Ask for Don and Rocky.- John P.

ASisu Builders LLCSISU Builders responded quickly to our request by visiting our home and providing a written quote within a couple days. SISU Builders showed up to do the work when they said they would and worked long hours to make sure our home was sealed to the elements. They did quality work, cleaned up the site and best of all, the final bill came in under the estimate. We would hire SISU Builders again.- Chuck F.

Below are the good things off the top of my head: called and showed up when he said he was going to (this is unheard of when dealing with contractors) laid back and very trustworthy and professional offered lots of suggestions to steer us in the right direction pays attention to detail and craftsmanship delivered final result on time and on budget Overall it was a great experience and I'd hire him again without hesitation. APRO's 1) Returned my call same day as inquiry. 2) Visited my property next day. 3) Called me from my property with quote. 4) Roof was installed two days later. 5) Was willing to take over when another roofing contractor left us high-and-dry. CON's 1) I have to dig deep for a con. The price for labor was higher than we had anticipated, but we needed the roof installed before the first snowstorm hit. We were really happy with the service we received from Mike and we would gladly recommend them to our friends & family.

DAfter water was running into the house due to ice dams they were able to come out the next day and get the water to stop comming inside. Thats the good. The bad is we were gouged to the tune of one thousand dollars for two hours worth of work. They did very little to clear the eves off, they still had a heavy sheet of ice. Its a week later and dams are back. They tried charging even more saying they worked longer than they did. Id say we payed 5x the value for 2/3 job.
