    They were there on time so that part was good.  Unfortunately I don't know if it was our miscommunication or theirs but when they picked us up they didn't bring a big enough vehicle.  We had said how much luggage we'd have so we ended up having to hold our suitcases on our laps which weren't real comfortable.  Other than that we would use them again but we would just make sure that we request a big enough vehicle.  Their friendly drivers stood out the most to us.

    Glidden Limousine
    When I first requested a quote it was more than what I could
    afford I was able to work with them and as an Angie's list customer get a
    discount and was feeling very happy about the choice to use Glidden.
    I was then called again and asked if we could be picked up at 11:30 at night
    instead of our requested 11 pm pick up time. If so I could get a complimentary
    upgrade. I said that would not work as the people that run the reception center
    would not likely appreciate it if they had to wait an extra half an hour for us
    to get a ride, since the expectation is that the reception is over at 11pm.
    When they arrived we were all impressed with our driver Jens(sp?) and the limo.
    He arrived on time calling ahead to let us know he was coming. He made all the
    expected stops and was very accommodating to our requests and questions. He was
    our driver for 3 legs of the trip.
    The final pickup and drop-off really ruined the ending of a great day. We were
    waiting outside and this small limo pulled up. I was told it could hold 6-8
    people and another one was on the way to pick up the rest of the group. It
    would be there in less than 10 minutes just leaving the office/station
    whatever. We sent the rest of our wedding party home first that needed to be
    dropped off at the second pickup spot. That driver Jim gave us his number in
    case we needed him.
    We waited and waited. I had 3 children and 4 adults still left waiting outside
    by this time as it was around 11:10 or so and the event owners had packed up
    and left us since we told them our limo was coming- confirmed by Jim the driver
    of the first limo. Our children were very sleepy and sat on the curb in their
    nice white wedding clothes waiting... Finally around 11:30 I called Jim and he
    told me he would be there in around 10 minutes that there was some mix up he
    would explain when he got there. Once he arrived he said that Scott the owner
    would call us on Monday to explain- that is two days later since this was
    Saturday night. Jim was also kind and courteous and we have no complaints about
    either driver. 
    I feel like I can't ask for a refund they came down on the price because we are
    an Angie's list customer. But I sure can write a bad review on Angies list.
    Besides it is now Thursday, five days after the fiasco and I still have not heard
    from Scott or any other person from Glidden limo...
    I rated Price, Quality both A's because the price was right and the quality of
    the limo's were great.
    Responsiveness was a C because it all depends on what you are defining as
    I rated Professionalism and Punctuality as F's because of the 11pm expectation
    was definitely not met and the Professionalism of the company in general with
    following through with talking to us after the problem occurred failed
    miserably. We expected a call and possibly some form of compensation.
    On the other hand if I was just rating the drivers they would get A's for all
    categories. It seems like ownership and coordination were the problem.
    We have many friends that say that there probably never was a second limo and
    also we reserved a specific limo for specific hours and since that was not
    available with no explanation I can only assume that they double booked that
    limo to make back the monetary break they gave us as an Angie's list customer
    which is no break at all in the long run.
    We would not use them again and will also make sure that anyone that asks or
    doesn't ask also knows that this is not the limo company to use if you want
    something you can count on.

    ****Update I was contacted by Scott and he extended a credit to us and also offered to let us have a complimentary ride another time when we wanted it. We did try to use the complimentary ride during the holiday season to be brought to Minneapolis to a play, but it would have cost us additional money because it was only so much of a complimentary ride and their holiday rates were higher. We weren't going to pay extra for the complimentary ride so decided not to use them. Scott was not available during that time I believe it was Chris that worked with us. Not sure if Scott would have been available if we woudl have actually gotten a complimentary ride. We did not realize their were stipulations on when we could use it when Scott offered it.

    Imperial Campers
    Excellent---Imperial Campers of Newport is an outstanding company--the customer service was exemplarily.  Everyone from the manager to the service desk employee to the mechanic's that worked on my camper were exceptional people. Imperial Campers provided warranty work that they could have very easily just said no, we can't or won't do it. Instead they fit me in during a very busy day, completed the work in a short period of time, and possibly wrote off some of the normal costs that is passed on to customers. All I can say is Imperial Campers of Newport is one of the companies I will do business with in the future and they should be rewarded for there service to the community.

    We needed a ride to the airport at 4:00 a.m. and our driver arrived
    early and was waiting for us at the expected time.  He was very friendly
    and courteous and his vehicle was clean and well-running.  We didn't
    expect to need a return ride home from the airport, but our ride fell
    through at the last minute.  I called ITN from the plane at our
    connection city and they assured me that a ride home that evening at
    11:30 p.m. was no problem.  Our driver, Abdullah, was waiting at the
    airport for us and promptly whisked us home!  I would definitely use ITN
    in the future.

    I've used Crows Nest for a few years now because of the outstanding service I've received from them. They are a small family owned business that I'm willing to drive 38 miles to to get my boat work done (from Apple Valley to Maple Plain).   I have them prep my boat in the spring and winterize it in the fall.  One of their employees accidentally got some muddy footprints inside the boat, and they told me to remind them in the spring for a full boat detail.  They never overcharge, their prices are very competitive, and you always get personal attention. Even though they always have a full lot of very expensive boats, they always complete the requested work very quickly.  I'd have to say I'm extremely satisfied with their service, and would recommend anyone take the drive out Highway 12 to get their work done at Crows Nest.

    Our RV's generator and switching relay failed while we were on a trip. I called and set up a service appointment with service manager Mike Sandgren while we were still out of state. When the generator assembly was removed from the RV, it was obvious that something in the engine had experienced a catastrophic failure. Mike contacted the warranty company and opened a claim with them. Since this was a repair greater than $1000, independent inspectors had to examine the Onan's engine, which they did and the warranty company agreed to pay. Mike ordered parts right away, when the engine arrived, it was discovered that the generator's rotor had also failed, so he contacted the warranty folks and got parts ordered as well. Mike and his Tech staff did a great job keeping us informed about what parts had failed and when repairs would be completed. I picked the RV up today and repairs were done to my satisfaction. The coach was returned to me in good order.

    I've been renting from this particular UHaul location for years. I do art shows once or twice a year and I rent trailers for that purpose. Gary has worked with me to help me keep it affordable since I'd have to keep the trailer for a few days each time. The whole crew is very professional. They look over the equipment carefully and take good care of it. More than once I've had them reject equipment for problems they've had to point out to me. They always take good care of the equipment and the customer. My most recent rental was a 17' truck for a one way move out of state. I preferred to give him my business than anyone else. Gary beat the other best price I could find and had a new truck ready for me when I arrive. I've had less than stellar service at other UHaul locations in NW Austin and Gary has always been professional, competitive and customer service oriented.

    We have used Penske in the past and found we needed to rent a truck for 5 days with short notice. We logged on the website with the dates being the end of the month. We found a good price and with the internet discount and AAA discount, it became a great price. The truck was ready and clean. We were upgraded at no charge which helped us as it provided a ramp for moving furniture. When we arrived at our destination, we were able to unload easily in a small parking lot. We needed the truck to move furniture out of another apartment so we held on to it. Penske was running out of trucks due to a convention in town and called to see if we could return the truck early. They worked with us so we could complete our needs and then gave us huge discount for accommodating them. They continue to be a very good company do deal with.
