    Chimney & Masonry Outfitters
Initial work description in estimate resulting in less than expected work being done. We were able to successfully resolve the issue and have all work done to our satisfaction. Recommend reviewing work plan in detail, with pictures, to avoid this issue.

    SANDSTONE INC
I contacted Gregg (Sandstone, Inc.) on Tuesday, May 15. He quickly returned my call and came to our home the same day to examine the stoop and hearth. He carefully examined each and prepared a written estimate that he gave me that same day. After discussing with my wife, I called him that evening to accept, and he was able to start work on Friday, May 18 (he fully repaired the outdoor stoop that day, with about 5 hours of work). He returned the next day to work on the hearth, which he also perfectly repaired (about 7 hours of work). His work is meticulous, and he carefully prepped and cleaned up afterward. Communication by phone is easy with Gregg, but I especially liked that he texted too (making contact from my workplace pretty painless). He is efficient, polite, and a pleasure to have on the job.

    Hardline Concrete & Masonry
It went great. The Hardline team was very responsive, and was able to get an inspection/estimate appointment on our calendar within a very reasonable amount of time. The bid came in, and we were able to get a start date for the project in a similarly reasonable amount of time, especially give the busy summer season. Had we been ready, Hardline would have started work a day or two early, but due to a delay on my end, they started on time, and finished on time. Project looks great and we couldn't be happier.

    Olson Brick Inc
The Olson Brick crew did a great job. The owner Tim explained throughly what needed to be done, and his crew back it up with quality work. He was quick to respond to questions and give us samples. He and his crew were friendly and with the exception of the new chimney you would never even now that they were there - great site cleanup. Price was fair as well. Would definitely hire again

    Guardian Chimney Solutions LLC
They were so good! Prompt, professional. They fixed a lot of bricks, and there is no sign of any patching. The chimney is perfect now, and should last a long long time. We would recommend this company highly!

    Stone Arch Landscapes Inc
This is the 2nd time we've had Stone Arch out to do landscaping for us. The first time, we were recent first time home owners and had a small budget for a paver patio. Now a few years later, we had a larger budget to really do what we wanted to the yard. Brett came out to talk with us in late winter to get a general idea of what we had in mind. He was GREAT at listening to our ideas and asking a few questions to make sure he understood what we wanted and what purpose we were trying to serve. Then after having a clear understanding, offering his thoughts and/or suggestions, he sent us a rough diagram and estimate. We looked it over and had a few more ideas when he came back in early spring. He was very accommodating to our questions, indecisiveness, and new ideas. One of the things I appreciate most about Stone Arch is that the guys who do the work all take ownership in what they do. Brett, Tony, and Charlie are the same guys who came out to do our first patio, and they all were back to work on our most recent project. Tony is extremely knowledgeable about Trees/Plants/Shrubs/Grass and Charlie is very detail oriented. I like this company structure as opposed to a sales guy to bid the job and a foreman of some kind, along with some grunts who do the work. We had a lot of traffic come to our backyard from curious neighbors and they were all very impressed. We highly recommend Stone Arch Landscapes to all of them, and all of you!

    Sherman Masonry Inc.
Brad is more than a mason. He's an artist. He was very professional and his pricing competitive. He was referred to us by a stone supplier and who said he was the best. I am planning on hiring him again in the spring for another project. My neighbors rave about his work. Finished early and under budget too.

    English Stone

Joel is very knowledgeable about the entire process.  He directed us to avoid potential problems with our suggestions by expanding the retaining wall directly to the garage and not compromising the footers for the front porch.  He even suggested using a white stone to play off the white trim work on the house.

The job site was a mess for a few days (slight weather delay which nobody can control).  The wall and garage look so much better than we had hoped. It gives the entire front of the house a look that is so much better than it previously did.  It makes me smile every time I come home and see the new stone work.

If you need a top-notched stone mason that knows his stuff Joel is the guy to call.

    Country Creek Builders Inc
We were in a hurry to get started and Dan was able to schedule the project to start three days after we closed.  The work involved replacing the majority of the carpet with laminate wood flooring in the living room, kitchen and dining area.  We also had the master bathroom completely gutted and redone with new cabinetry, granite counter tops, new custom built shower, new bath tub, and stone flooring and tile.  All light fixtures in kitchen, dining area and office were replaced along with one fixture upstairs.
The townhome had glass railing panels going upstairs that they replaced with a beautiful custom rod-iron railing.
We also had to replace the Polybutylene plumbing in the townhome (which wasn't something we were counting on) and they took care of all of that with the plumber as well as repairing all of the holes that had to be made in the walls/ceilings throught the whole townhouse.
The old fireplace on the main level was redone with stone as well as a new fireplace that was installed in our lower level.
Through out this whole process, Dan, Dave, Brittney and Kyle kept us updated daily on what they were going to be working on the next day, what the schedule was going forward and any problems they encountered.  This team is the best I have ever worked with on any type of home project and I have done many with various different contractors!  They are genuinely great people and a pleasure to work with.  Home renovations are never much fun, but everyone at Country Creek Builders made every day a pleasure even though there was a lot of construction being done!  Their craftmanship and quality of their work was above our expectations and we love everything that was done.  I can't compliment them enough on a job well done!  We love it and we are so happy with the results!

    Metro Chimney & Masonry
I called in mid-May to request an estimate for a chimney teardown and rebuild.  Joe said he'd call me back to schedule an appointment later that week.  I didn't get a call back for 2+ weeks.  Joe then said he come out to look at the project the following day at noon.  He did not show nor did he call.
