    The classroom portion was a self study with zero help form the instructor. After a few driving sessions we realized Mary was doing nothing to prepare my daughter for the test. We switched to a professional driving school. I would never recommend this place!!

    Lisa is amazing at what she does. I sent her my resume and we talked on the phone for an hour. She listened to everything I said, and also asked questions to ensure she understood what was listed on my resume. By the next day, I already had my first draft in my Inbox. When I read the draft, I knew instantly that this was money well spent. I'm very happy with what Lisa has done for me. I feel a huge weight has been lifted off of my shoulders and I'm excited to start applying for jobs.

    Through word of mouth at our church, family, and friends, Steve's Appliances has always come highly recommended. We were incredibly happy with the service that they provided for us. They price match with any other appliance retailer out there, and they are kind, honest, and dependable. Our refrigerator stopped working, and so my husband and I decided to replace all of the appliances in our kitchen because they were all not working to their full potential. Not only did Sarah give us a great deal, she even took the time to answer any and all questions that we had, and looked up different makes, models, prices, etc. Her and her coworkers were extremely kind and gracious to us, very accommodating with our two year old little boy that was running around throughout the two hours that we were there. The appliances were delivered at the time that they gave us, and they look and work wonderfully. Sarah even went above and beyond and helped set up a plumber for us to run a gas line into our kitchen the same day to make sure everything was installed and working properly. Amazing! Thank you for the great experience, and we will be recommending your business to EVERYONE that we know!

    I brought in a .22 Marlin that was not ejecting properly...I was told the bolt rod follower was bent...it was supposedly fixed for $60 and I was told it was working fine...after taking it home and trying it the ejecting problem was not fixed...I brought it back in and after 45 days called to see where it was at...I was told he was very busy and my gun was next to be looked at...after another week I got a voicemail saying all three of my magazines were the problem...when I went in to pick up the gun he wanted another $25...when I told him that was not right or fair and he should have fixed it right the first time he got all rude and threatened to physically throw me out...after calling the Ramsey Police department I was advised to take this event to civil court...I also wanted to share this experience with other potential customers...beware!

    We submitted an online order and then was called after for details on customizing our sign. Every last detail was discussed professionally, things we would have never thought of. The final design was sent for our approval. The sign was made in the next 2 days, very fast and turned out as beautiful as ever. All the fine detail was there, and it was everything we wanted and more! It is the best sign to welcome everyone to the cabin!

    Brought in my Stratocaster with worn frets for a dressing and possible replacement.  Mr Mark took a look and told me the frets were too worn for a dressing and that he could put in some new frets that are harder than the originals (but not stainless steel) so they would not wear so fast.  He also said he would lower the nut slightly to get better action without buzzing.  One week later I picked it up and it played like a dream.  Fantastic service.

    Once I finally got the product, it was excellent! The problem was I was promised the resume in 10 days and it took 3 months! I called several times and each time was told I would get in in the next three or four days. This went on for 3 months. They are very polite and very good at writing resumes. You just better not be in a hurry.

    Took my 3 page resume and turned it into a 2 pager. Took narrative and made bullet points. After completing the job, I re-read the resume several times and noted some typos. I didn't catch them in my earlier reviews. Unfortunately, I sent it to potential employers before I noticed them. Bummer.

    I was very happy with the service and the result.  I was not sure it would be worth driving all the way from Andover to Richfield to get my serger fixed but it was.  I had read Angies List reviews and decided to make the trek.  
    I brought my serger in on Friday expecting at least a few days turn around and happily received a call later that afternoon that my serger was done and ready to be picked up.  The gentleman who fixes sergers said he was not going to be in again until Thursday so he took a look at it right away and was able to fix and clean it quickly.  Talk about customer service!
    All the employees that I talked with were very nice and helpful and I can't say enough about the consideration I was shone in getting my serger fixed so promptly.
    I will definitely be back and would gladly recommend JOHNSTON'S SALES & SERVICE to anyone needing a serger fixed.

    The move itself was fine, no problems. But, he refelted it in used felt that was not the color we wanted. We gave him an extra $75.00 for him to order the correct color felt for us. He said that he would have it sent to us and then we could just call him when we received it and he would install it. Needless to say, we never heard from him again even after e-mails and phone calls. I also filed a report with the Better Business Bureau. Very unprofessional........would not recommend him to anyone.
