    RGF Cleaning
Raquel and the ladies showed up on time, finished quickly and got everything so clean and fresh. Its like I just moved in again, a brand new home! I have set up a monthly service as they did such a superb job cleaning my house.

    The Queen of Clean
Fantastic service. One person came out for the estimate and explained there would be two ladies. They are here on time and are very prompt and detailed in the cleanings. They are also very flexible with your schedule if you need to adjust.

    Mendoza's Home Cleaning Services
The Mendoza's provide excellent service. I hired them to clean the home of an ailing family member. When they were finished, the house was spotlessly clean and smelled heavenly. They arrived timely, worked diligently and were so pleasant to work with. I felt they went the extra mile to make everything in the house look great. Would not hesitate to hire them again.

    MC's Organic Housekeeping Services LLC
The first time Carmen cleaned, it was a dream. Clean, beautiful smell, organized. The second time, the floor received a cursory swipe with a mop (missing big areas, which was obvious as she missed some splashed watercolor paints left by the kids the previous night which I didn't notice until the morning she arrived... it wiped off easily with a damp paper towel, a mop would have no problem), surfaces were wiped with dirty rags leaving streaks, dried food was left on the countertops, fur and trash picked up from the floor left on the kitchen counter, entire surfaces not cleaned. She left 2 hours sooner than the first time she cleaned. When I questioned the areas missed, especially in light of paying for a "deep clean" I was told "We understand that some time we will have unhappy customers, It is part of the job." No offers to correct the situation nor refund cost. This is after I recommended her to 2 friends (who used her services)! Be wary, it appears as though WHO she wants to clean for is fickle and doesn't care if she keeps clients. I wouldn't waste my money.

    THE CLEANING AUTHORITY
The first two ladies who came went over the amount of time I scheduled by 10 minutes and I was charged for.l the extra time. The second two ladies finished 15 early no refund on that time. The second team was much better than the first. The first team didnt even move things like my stand mixer or the top of the vent hood in the kitchen to clean under and they took longer.(Attaced Photos). The second team did a fantastic job included cleaning steps top to bottom and a good deep clean in my kitchen. This was the team also finished early. I also did not receive any follow up about how my service was. I would use them again in a pinch but not for regular cleanings.

    PurClean
It started out well, but gradually declined. I had a recurring issue with them not cleaning the floors in my bathrooms and laundry room- they use a spray bottle and wipe around stuff on the floors. I issued complaints several times when I would see dust and hair in the corners of the bathroom or a Q-tip under the bathroom scale and even had them come back to scrub the floors one time. I thought that might help them remember, but that didn't work either. They weren't the same crew each time - sometimes there were 2 cleaners and sometimes there were 3. I had to remind them to scrub the floors or it didn't get done. I gave up. They do nice work on dusting and vacuuming, but I can keep up with that. I need them to do a thorough cleaning of my floors and bathrooms. Also we had a fixed day they would come, but it never was at the same time. I never knew what time they were coming. I can be flexible, but it would have been nice to know the day before when to expect them. They worked quickly, but that's not always the best for quality. I really wanted to keep them, but just got frustrated that they kept missing the floors so I gave up.

    Heaven Scent Home Cleaning LLC
Just to make sure that you know that I am reviewing the right company, I am reviewing Heaven Scent Home Cleaning (NOT Heaven Scent CLEANING SERVICE). Names are easily mistaken. Heaven Scent Home Cleaning is owned by Crocket. Robin visited, looked at the house, saw it needed a lot of work and made a bid. More than $1100. OK I thought, it is has not been cleaned for a long time. A job that is going to take a lot of work. She talked about baseboards. Yes, I said, those needed to be done. They came with 5 people. They cleaned cobwebs from the built in lights with a broom that they also used for the floor. Doesn't really make sense to use a broom full of dust to clean lights. I asked the guy why he did it like that. Didn't get a really good reply. Lots of dog hair, I agree, I have 2 of those and a cat, and told them the vacuum cleaner might be more helpful. Robin thought so too when she came for her first visit. Dust was everywhere, the type of dust that has not seen a cleaning cloth for years. (Months actually). After they said they completed their job I still found dust everywhere in the house. On the bed, on the furniture. Kitchen cabinet fronts not clear. What they left on I could easily get off with a wet cloth and a bit of murphy soap. Dust reaccumulates when you sweep the floor if it is very dusty said Robin. Yes I said, but not the dust that feels greasy as if it has been there for years. And that was also on furniture that she had cleaned herself. And if the floor brings up that much dust then maybe you need to do the floor first. The granite in the kitchen still had debris on it, still sticky after she had done it. The glass shower door still has soap scum on it. Baseboards were not included. That's true, they weren't on the contract. I guess I just assumed that she would do them cause she had mentioned them but I shouldn't have. There is a wall unit we agreed at her first visit she would not include because it would be a lot of time but if I wanted one of her people to come out for that for 25 dollars an hour I could do that. She didn't put them in the contract that I agreed to. If her people would charge 25 dollars per hour to come and do a wall unit then $1100.00 would basically mean 44 hours of cleaning. A staff of 5 for an entire day. Seemed reasonable, seemed even necessary. She's been doing this for 20 years. She mentioned that at least half a dozen times. She must have a lot of very satisfied customers. I am not among them. They came around 8:30, yes punctual. They were done before noon. 3300 sq feet. 3.5 hours x 5 people is 17.5 hours at 1100 dollars. That is more than 60 dollars per hour per person for lousy cleaning. Not worth the money. Another property, half the size of mine, was cleaned by a service, also after a couple of years of little or no care, for a fraction of that cost. I did agree for her to come back, thought she would probably do a better job, wanted to give her a chance. She agreed but a week later sent an email that they couldn't come out to us any more. Couldn't find a time that worked. It looked as if she didn't really want to come back and that is fine. Must be clear that I do not recommend these people. (Please note that this is Heaven Scent HOME Cleaning and not Heaven Scent CLEANING SERVICE. I have not used them, at least not yet so this is not at all about them.)

    CLEANING AUTHORITY
Every time they come something is missed or not done at all. I have been with them for a few years. I full out the surveys letting them know the problems, and the problems never get resolved. I am now looking for a new provider. They could have had a customer for life.

    Elizabeth's Cleaning Service
Elizabeth and her team were exceptional. They reached out when another job canceled and arrived early. They were efficient, thorough and accommodating. I had previously used a couple other cleaning services and Elizabeth's blew them out of the way (mind you, I was pleased with them also). If you are looking for service and quality that will exceed your expectations, Elizabeth's is it.

    Country Maid Inc
I knew my house was going to be clean but never, ever expected it to be to this level. It smelled fabulous (light and fresh/clean) and the attention to detail was much more than I asked or expected. On time, equipped, and an outstanding performance.
