    I ordered the equipment suggested by the Front Point representative. The equipment arrived within 5 days with directions to set it up.
    Once I had it set up I called them to activate the sensors and everything worked like it should. When I have a question I call the company support group and have had very good response. I have been pleased with the company, their support group and their service.

    The installer was careful of our home, efficient and able to work through any challenges he faced during the installation. The price was not expensive for the installation, but a commitment for a certain amount of time (i.e. monthly monitoring) was required. I would recommend the company to others.

    OUTSTANDING! Joe, the security and sales associate gave a very informative description of the Brink's system. A complete no pressure pitch. He answered questions completely and covered everything that I wanted to know. He even offered suggestions about things I hadn't considered. Joe made suggestions that will work well with regards to our eldest child's occasional sleepwalking episodes. He really took the time to make sure we got the system we needed. Tim, the installer, took the time to call us on a Sunday to let us know of an opening in the schedule that would move our install date up a week! He was here 15 minutes ahead of schedule and worked through the day to get our system installed. He paid attention to the little details, like leaving an extra length of wire in an unfinished basement room so we'll have options to move that sensor if need be when we finish off that room. After giving a very thorough explanation of the system and how it works, Tim left nothing behind except a very nicely installed alarm system. No pieces of wires, clips, or little piles of sawdust were left for me to clean up. He took the time to replace items that he had to move out of the way to install the system. I simply could not have been more impressed with how Brinks handled us from my first call to the office until Tim pulled out of the driveway after finishing the install. 100% thoroughly pleased.

    Our sales rep, Marquis Powell, was great. He was knowledgeable and professional in explaining the Brinks security system. We thought the quote was reasonable. The installation went OK. The installer placed the security control panel right next to an unfinished window frame. He did have to return to move the security control panel. Otherwise, we have had no problems with the Brinks system.

    My husband and I recently closed on a property we had been renting so we finally had the freedom to make some changes to the property, including upgrading the alarm system. We got the number for Wright-Hennepin because they took over for the service previously provided by Connexus, which the previous alarm system had been used with. I decided to call them after doing a little research and discovering they were local (I love to support local business when possible). We had a representative out within a few days and got an estimate, which was less than we expected, but would allow any upgrades we wanted in the future. The day of the installation the technician was there early, and took almost exactly the amount of time we were told he would. When he was done he took the time to explain everything, which the new system was far easier to use than we predicted. The next morning when our system was finally 'live' there was a hiccup with communication with our wireless communication 'cell', and they called us about it. They had a technician call us within minutes and talked me through resetting the cell (which was pretty simple). And everything has worked perfectly since then. The issue with the communication wouldn't have even affected our service, which was what really made me happy with the customer service. The system is so easy to use, and is one that we will be able to upgrade as our needs change. The best part is though they are based out of Buffalo, they have a large service area including the Anoka area, where we live. So even as a local company they are providing services that a lot of larger companies are, at a fraction of the price, with great customer service.

    We had a smoke alarm go off in the early am, so we called Total Electric, they checked our smoke alarms, our outlets, and changed a light switch. Were very professional and very concerned about my issues.
