  • They came around the neighborhood were offering a coupon card so you could purchase one for a certain price and then you get a discount for each time you go in and that's what pull me towards them and I really been pleased with them, they've been really honest like their name said and they haven't charge me when they is something that they knew that they couldn't fix.

  • Botched job, no apologies:
    Brought my car in for preventative maintenance on my transmission. 11 days later, my transmission failed. Midwest refused to admit that it could have been their fault. After I paid upfront for tow and repair to another shop, mechanic told me that they installed the gasket wrong. Midwest finally decided to reimburse me three weeks later. They gave no apologies for their botched work and the major inconvenience to me, however. Poor work on a simple job, and poor service in helping me to resolve the situation.

  • I have a brand new 2016 Highlander Hybrid and I got backed up into. Our insurance company suggested Abra Auto Body & Glass which was one of their preferred provider. The service itself was great. The repair damage on the back end of my car looks pretty much like new. The one problem that I had was before they started doing the repair damage, I also had a stone hit the front windshield. I looked at them when I gave them the car and I said the car was purchased the end of July, this is the beginning of September, this is what I want, I want commercial glass, Toyota glass. The car is less than six weeks old I want Toyota glass rather olean glass. The first windshield that they bring in is olean glass. Second windshield that they bring in is Toyota glass but I've got literally all the dulls and whistles that this particular vehicle can have short of a DVD player. I don't want to pay for that. I wasn't going to use it. I've got the electronic windshield wiper sensors and the SOS for Toyota. I got these five little connectors sitting at the top of my windshield, so the second windshield is not set up for all of my electronics which is really sort of stupid because they had my car right there. They could tell which one they really needed. he third time around is the charm. It wasn't that bad because they still had the car and they were still doing the repairs on the car in the back end, had they gotten the glass right, it would have been a one day deal. That sort of pissed me off. The other thing that pissed me off is I've gone ahead and done their phone surveys at leat once and they're still calling me saying, would you do a survey. I've gone and ahead and their their survey.

  • The service was excellent. I needed an oil change and I needed it right away and it was instant, so they did it right away. They are very quick. It is convenient. It is very thorough but you will pay more. I will use them again if I need a quick oil change.

  • I was most impressed with the professionalism and courtesy by which Vicotry conducts themselves. Although we did not go through with the extensive repairs, opting to get rid of the vehicle due to all the issues, their estimates were fair and the experience dealing with them was one of trust. Here's hoping it's not too soon, but I will definitely use them in the future for all our repair needs.

  • It went well.   They had to disassemble the rear door.  They took me back to show me some of the challenges of the job.    It was helpful in understanding the wait and charges involved.
