Very professional group. Our rep Sawyer Knick walked us through the process and was always available to answer our questions. Roof looks great. I would use this company again for any house restoration needs.

The whole process was amazing. The associates at Legacy Restoration were great to work with. They walked us through the entire process and what happens if your approved or denied through insurance. I couldnt have asked for a better company to work with.

Outcomes verse Output: Businesses today need to focus on Outcomes (customer experience) verses Output (the deck is build and meets code (although the city has not signed off on it yet but I doubt there will be any major issues). HPA failed at the outcome - to create a customer for life who would recommend their services to a neighbor or friend. Here is what I learned about recommendations on this and other home pro sites. 1) how long have they been in business - HPA 2016. 2) how many reviews and what year was it written. Upon re-review of their ratings I found some data point interesting. The early years, when they were probably smaller and paid more attention to detail, there were great reviews. These created what I would call a Halo effect and more of the lower rating are more recent. The sales person raved about their scores - but it was only part of the picture. 3) the owner told me that he never involves customers in the anything but the design and he really didn't need to consult will me on any remediation done to the deck. So let me explain: 3 -4 day deck still isn't final (hence the not approved by city) on week 7. Ok so stuff happens: 1) weather - get it 2) proj mgr comes out to inspect work when we were missing a board, wrong color on the stairs (TimberTech two tone deck), no railing, 4 boards cut short leaving too large of a gap, no lights... 3) I can live with all of this - it happens. But when we repeatedly asked to be communicated with like when are coming (we had a lot going on in the yard - landscapers, tree trimming, stump removal, fall clean up...) 4) Sales guy came out to do the final walk through - they asked for final payment - what would you assume that meant? That they were done. OK I Paid. After I sent the final payment. Then bunch came out to look at the deck including the owner. They did not call nor ask if this time was OK. I knew there would be a visit but no curiosity to call on timing? Then two days later a crew member was out sawing off the treated lumber beneath. I would have expected a call (even e-mail) saying: here is what we found, here is what we doing to fix it, here is when we will be there. CLEARLY too much to ask. This is when I was expressing my frustration to the owner that he told me I don't get to decide what happens to my project. Outcome - never again with HPA, I learned how to read these sites and look for better data points. Since the owner clearly talked over me and had no interest in my perspective, because in his opinion it was the wrong one, they will probably not change to be outcome based. IF they do - Good for them. If they don't expect the Halo to tarnish.

    R & R Remodeling Inc
Highly recommended! Rey made this process with the insurance company very simple. He was there from step one thru the very end of the project and his crew? One word, AMAZING! They did a fantastic job from the tear off to the re-roof to the clean up! The experience as a whole could have been a nightmare but thanks to Rey and his crew, they all made it a good experience. Thank you so much! I would definitely hire him again if I need to.

Had storm damage from hail and Legacy came around and offered to look at my roof. I worked with Leif. At first my adjuster claimed there was not a hail storm on the day I told them there was, but when he got back to his office they acknowledged the storm and the damage. Legacy came and installed a new roof, gutters and vents on the roof. They worked with me through my adjuster who made some math errors on their payments to me (I was owed $800 so I could contract out other pieces of work myself). They are reputable and do fantastic work. When they were done I noticed that they accidently put a hole in a piece of siding and they had a person who went to four or five different places until he found a perfect match on my discontinued siding. I would absolutely use them again!

Jim is excellent to work with. We had severe water damage from ice dams last winter. Jim met with our insurance company adjusters, and made sure what needed repair got repaired. His crew was wonderful and the job was completed in a very timely manner. Our room turned out amazing.

    Aspen Exteriors Inc
We received great service. Worked with Bryan and Conner who were super easy to work with. We had a lot of questions due to it being our first time claiming insurance on hail damage to our roof. They were straight forward with their process in the contract, repair and cost. We didn't have to worry about permits. The work on the roof was completed on time and the guys that did it were fast and did a good job; clean up was great. They asked if we wanted to keep the extra building material for future repairs and we did. Would recommend to friends and family.

    Dercon Construction Services Inc
The project was planned and managed very well. The management personnel (Conner, Derek, and Bruce) who worked with us on this project were very personable, courteous, and professional (e.g., detailed, thorough, on time, excellent communication skills, responsive, and knowledgeable). When questions arose, they responded quickly. They managed the roofing and siding teams well and performed daily inspections of work completed, quickly correcting the minor mistakes made on a couple of occasions. They instilled confidence in the company and made sure the deliverables met expectations. I view Dercon to be a great company with trustworthy employees who will do what is required to deliver a quality outcome on time. I highly recommend this company.
