    American Eagle Plumbing Inc
We spent thousands of dollars on various projects around the house at such as a sump pump and fixing the pressure issue. A few months later, the pipes began to rattle and make noises at nights after not being used for a bit. It was a pressure issue. We contacted American eagle plumbing since it was under warranty and they said if it is the issue they will fix it. If it is not the issue, they will charge 80 dollars for coming out. YES 80 dollars for the visit when they should just honor their work. We decided to go with someone else who isn't overpriced. If you are planning to use American eagle plumbing, look at their membership deal it will save you money on huge projects or go with someone cheaper. American eagle plumbing will not honor warranty on their work...

SOS Drain & Sewer Services Inc
The most honest trusting company I have even done business with as a home owner. They take time to talk with you and they know what their doing. Called on the weekend and got through to Charlie right away. Other companies tried charging and were taking advantage of people because of the weather, not SOS. An amazing company with employees who care, thanks Mike and. Charlie

    Dercon Construction Services Inc
Our experience with Dercon was wonderful. They were very professional, always had our best interests in mind. Very responsive to questions and kept the workplace clean. Everyone we worked with, Dean, Ryan, Stephan, Boston and the sub contractors were experts in their field and very personable. Going into the project we knew we wanted a kitchen remodel but did not know where to start or have a idea of a layout. Dean and Ryan asked lots of questions, took photos and came up with a plan that met our needs and was nothing short of spectacular. They gave suggestions when we were uncertain on things and listened to our ideas as well. The end result was a beautiful remodeled kitchen, refinished floors, ceiling and walls on the main floor as well.

    H2C Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing
This is a follow up to my review earlier. H2C was the only quote I got where they did a heat loss analysis and recommended a much smaller water heater. It was installed last fall and after using it this winter we are super happy with it. I was a little skeptical of the much smaller BTU size so I tested it several times by keeping the heat several degrees higher for a week or more to see if it could keep up and it did flawlessly - it actually kept the heat much more even and also would heat up the house faster in the morning. They did an excellent job, and we also love the new water heater.

It went great! Eric and his team were very courteous, and most impressively, stayed on budget. Given a couple of our appliance allowances, they actually came in slightly under budget. His team also came up with some work-arounds to some unexpected minor issues. And they did a great job -- passed all city inspections -- and were very responsive. They were not the cheapest quote for the job, but did the highest quality work, in a reasonable amount of time, and with a realistic quote. I cannot say enough good things about the job they did. A++ job. Will be happy to use Swencraft again when it comes time to do any other remodelling jobs.

    Jerry's Plumbing Inc
Went very well. Chad from Jerry's Plumbing arrived a few minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. I showed him the problems and he recommended the same thing that I was thinking that I wanted to have them done. He was very courteous and professional. Pipe was cut on the supply side of the cutoff valve and everything from there to the outside sillcock removed and replaced. Actual cost came in slightly under the best-guess estimate that they had provided when I described the problem on the phone. Should the need arise, I would contact them again for future plumbing work.

    American Eagle Plumbing Inc
Josiah and Derek were prompt, courteous, thorough, and very professional. They identified several parts that need to be replaced due to aging or because the original plumbing (1960) no longer meets code. They did not pressure me to make all of the updates now. However, when they found tha the upstairs toilet was leaking down to the basement floor with each flush, it was apparent that the toilet needed to be replaced. They were able to go get the new toilet and install it on the same day. Cost was reasonable. Works great! Highly recommend them!

    NRH Plumbing
Nick and his employees left a huge mess over the course of the 2 days they worked in our home. If it hadn't been for the company that was putting in our new drain tile he would have never pulled a permit for the work in our home either. They had to call him out on it. Then the morning after everything was completed I went to take a shower only to discover that his employee had dislodged a pipe and water began pouring into my basement from the upstairs bathroom all over my water heater, furnace and floor. Lastly, I had the city of Ramsey come out to do the final inspection only for them to log and record that the way they put in our vent pipe was illegal and I was forced to hire and pay another plumber to fix this. The owner even argued with me for full payment of his work after the chaos he created and I was forced to get the advice of an attorney on how to respond to his emails that were threatening me regarding my non payment. Even though I was advised not to, I still paid $1,000 to cover the supplies he used because I wanted to take the moral high ground and not stoop to his level. I hope no one hires this company, because in my eyes it is never okay to do work illegally and then still demand full payment. This happened to me 3 years ago and I am surprised he was able to make it on Angie's List so I felt obligated to tell this story and I attached copies of our emails showing what I had to do.

    Building Renewal Inc
Great experience. Itemized activities were outlined clearly in Proposal of Work. The first day of project activities, Adam and his crew arrived on time and ready to go.. the schedule was on track through the project with Adam providing daily updates and addressing need items in real-time. They were open to our input and needs in finishing up the project. We are so please with the results. Would definitely rehire again!

    American Eagle Plumbing Inc
Plumber, Josiah, was outstanding. Went through everything we needed to know. The job was completed and we're happy with the results. I do feel like they are a tad on the pricey side but I was able to get what I wanted and completed same day.
