He was extremely helpful!  He gave me a list of products I needed and told me how to best go about cleaning it off my dog.  It was two hours before sunset so time was limited.  I had to find a store and get supplies, but he even called me back to check on how the progress was going.  He was SUPER!!!  The majority of the smell was gone (will have "residual effects" for awhile...)  Contrary to popular belief, tomato juice/paste doesn't work!  His formula does!

I love this service. I have never used a mobile grooming service because I though it was going to be expensive. My appointment was scheduled at 9:30 am and they arrived at 9:30. Right away the dogs loved her. It didn't take long at all for them to finish grooming both dogs. It was probably around 2 hours. The dogs look great and smell great. And it was only $75 for each dog. That's less than what I was paying at PetSmart. I WILL continue to use Willows. They are extremely busy so you need to schedule early. I had this appointment set up since June. But they are definitely worth it!

I have tried several different groomers with my dogs and my dogs are the true test, and they do not mind going there. I think Tina does a really nice job with the dogs, and is very gentle and friendly with them. It's like going to a hairstylist. Anyone can cut your hair, but it's how they treat the pets when they are there. The dogs don't mind because they love it and they don't mind going there, unlike in some other places where I had to drag them in the door. She charges us right around $50 per animal. I have 2 dogs so she charges me around $100 for both of them. Their price is pretty average. I tried several places and they are very competitive. They are not cheaper. I think their quality is excellent. I will absolutely use them again.

The appointment was quoted at 2-21/2 hours to complete and the groomer appeared to have captured all the appropriate info (including do not cut the front white blaze) and confidently insured me that the  groomer assigned will get the details.  After I did not hear from them after 2 1/2 hours,  I called and they promptly told me she would be ready in 5-10 minutes.  I arrived 15 minutes later and found out the cut had not yet started!  Front desk sweetly asked if I could wait for an addtional 20 minutes or the 45 minute mark, I am witnessing smoke coming from my pets nails as the groomer is quickly trying to drommel.  After 4 hours, we left with a mediocore cut (yes, she did cut the white blaze) and very unsatisfied customers.

Finally getting around to posting on here.  We have used Willows for awhile now.  Originally they groomed our 2 dogs.  Lab mix and teddy bear (shih tzu/bichon).  Our lab mix was older and them coming to us was even more appealing because of that.  They took good care of her and she always looked great.  She unfortunately is no longer with us.  So this last time that they were here, I mentioned that our little one would most likely be extra nervous because she didn't have her "guardian" with her.
I know they gave her some extra TLC and said she dancing in truck for them.
    She looked great as always!
They are friendly, they pull up to our house and the time frame for the entire process is so minimal, better for us and our dog.
Highly recommend them and so grateful we you up in our neck of the woods!

The price depends on what you do. I've recommended her to people and they are going there too and still are going there. She is awesome. Her name is Jeanette and she is just excellent. She loves her animals.

Ranger, our beagle, was having major issues with the local Petsmart - he seemed to be scared when taking him in the store - he travels a lot so traveling and going into stores are not the issue!  Ranger loves to go into stores, he normally goes into Home Depot, Bass Pro and many others.  We noticed when he went into Petsmart, he would start shaking and acting nervous.  Figuring it was his bath experience, I finally contacted Willows and he is now fine, we have used them twice and will continue to use them!  They are very nice to deal with and very good to Ranger!!!  4 Stars, they are great....

We have been using Marni to groom our Cockapoo's (Sparky and Rocket) for several years. We even followed her to Mounds View Animal Hospital when she moved there. We tried one of those places that come to the house, but after a couple cuts we returned to Marni. Both of our dogs (about 40 per dog) are much happier now that we are back to Marni also. They don't scratch or rub their butts on the ground like they used to with the other groomer. Marni is an extremely pleasant person to work with. We highly recommend her!

I've gone to Pineridge, since moving here in 1995 (they used to be Andover Pet Clinic). All of the staff are wonderful, caring, kind people. From the simple to the complex, they have shown their knowledge of dogs. Dr. Hartman helped me on this sad day, as he had 6 years ago when another of my dogs had to be put to sleep. They set aside one of their exam rooms for the procedure, put a quilted heart on the door to signal privacy, laid a cloth on the exam table and had comfy chairs and tissues ready. One tech (sorry I forget her name) came in to talk to me beforehand and cuddled with my dog, making us both feel better. They even did a clay paw print of my dog after, she had passed away, which I later picked up with her ashes. They are great people. They are not the cheapest vets, but the care is first-rate. They also have a doggie day care, boarding, grooming, physical therapy tub, and closed-circuit cameras throughout their beautifully decorated offices.

When I first pulled into the parking lot I had my doubts, since the strip mall Clippers is in seems kind of run down. When I got inside, though, I could see the shop was clean, & you can tell this groomer really likes animals by the way she is with them. In the past I've always gone to Petco but now that I've gone to a real groomer I'll be going back to Clippers, for all of my dogs' grooming needs.
