    Superior Building Services LLC
If you want to hire Check Better business bureau complaints. Superior failed to show, took money, claimed he did all the work and the hired subs whom he did not insure or pay timely. He did not get ALL the required permits and violated building codes. Superior extracted far more funds than work he performed and then failed to show .We commenced litigation and Superior acknowledged our claims including fraud. Superior stated it would file bankruptcy if we pursued. We entered into an agreement where he pays back on a monthly basis a fraction of deficiencies he caused.

Rob did quality work with accurate estimates. He is extremely honest relaying information regarding unexpected issues that may arise. For example, while building steps down a ravine to a river we were informed of all the issues that may arise and involved in all the decisions that had to be made regarding changes to the initial plan. Rob's honesty is unsurpassed .

    Northrup Remodeling, Roofing & Exteriors
The project went very well. Ron was the project manager and was engaged from the beginning. He offered a lot of really useful advice during the design phase with the architect to help save money and make the project go more smoothly. He spent a lot of time on-site personally, which was nice. Ron was always available and responsive. He communicated clearly with us when he wouldn't be available. The subcontract crews were all professional. Overall, a very well managed project. We had a few surprises that couldn't have been seen before things were opened up, but Ron handled them swiftly and efficiently. Rain cooperated and overall, we finished ahead of schedule and on budget. Would definitely hire again.

Installer came out promptly (in the rain I might add) and provided initial emergency repairs.   Very prompt, courteous, seemed knowledgeable about his profession. Came back a second time (my request, not because they forgot anything) to repair an additional section of the roof.   Quality of the work reflects not only the prevention of water leaks, but the aesthetics of the repair -- It looks "good" but not outstanding.   In other words, a bit more noticeable than I would like (installed step flashing), but true to an above average rating, not bad.   But the biggest concern has been addressed.

    Grandemoore Carpentry Inc.
Grandmoore has been a great company to work with for many years. They have worked on well over 100 homes for me and my clients in the past 5 years and there have never been any complaints. I would not hesitate to use them on any of my jobs. They have done jobs from $100 to $80,000 and the service is great no matter how big or small the job.

My husband and I purchased our home this past summer and loved the entire house with 1 exception, the kitchen. Our kitchen looked nice from the start but it just did not fit our needs. So we spoke to a salesman at one of those big box stores and came up with a design that we thought we wanted and contacted 3 of their contractors for estimates. 2 of the contractors were over $30K and the 3rd told us that we needed to remove our entire basement ceiling. That was out of the question! A couple of weeks later my husband and I were speaking to some friends of ours and they mentioned that they had their entire master bathroom remodeled the past spring and had used Parrfive construction. Our friends were extremly happy with the entire situation and the job was even completed ahead of schedule. We than contacted Pat Parrucci the owner and he came to our house the same day. Pat told us that he was extremly busy with other customers projects but not to worry he would get the job done with the least amount of inconvienance of not having a kitchen. He and his crew helped us to redesign the big box stores design to really fit our needs and cut out the things that we were over sold on. We have a fairly large kitchen and 22 days after the project officially began I was already cooking meals for my family again in our beautiful, wonderful new kitchen. Pat and everyone that worked on our house actually cared about the final outcome of the project and were super nice. They showed up exactly when they said they were going toand never left the project area or other parts of my house in a mess. I almost wish that we had another area of our house to remodel! But do not. If I did we would deffinatley use Pat from Parrfive Construction again!

    Lake Region Home Improvement
The job went very smoothly.  It was a three day job due to the rain.  Tom and Jay built a very beautiful deck.  Even the building inspector was impressed with how sturdy it was.  They caulked and used flashing under the deck door.  They made sure the stair was placed exactly where we wanted it.  The job site was picked up every day.  When the deck was completed there wasn't even a screw or a nail left on the ground.
We can't say enough great things about our experience with Tom and Lake Region Home Improvement.  We will continue to give his name to family and friends.  When we have projects that need to be done in the future, Lake Region Home Improvement will be the company we call.
    Job well done!

We had several different bids for our deck work and Paul not only was reasonable, he also had great ideas. Paul also gave us a bid on installing 5 doors in our basement. Paul did such great work and was so reasonable we continued to find another 2 days of work. He built walls, put up trim and did some electric work. He was very professional, punchtual and his workmenship was excellent. We are now dreaming up more work for Paul and will be using him in the near future.

Jim was recommended to us when we tried to call another Angie's List contractor who was booked 4 weeks out. Jim and his daughter, Jamie, do a wonderful job. They came out to do the estimate, were very thorough and offered suggestions on how we could make it better. Although his bid was slightly higher than others we received (about $200) we went with him because I knew we'd have great service. Within minutes of them finishing the prep for hanging the drywall, the drywall installer arrived. They don't waste time on the job. Sanding the drywall can get messy, but they were quick to clean up and I even came home to find the floor at the top of the stairs mopped where dust had accumulated. (Thanks, Jamie!)We have a support beam in the room which had twisted over the years and they disguised it well. We liked the finished result so much that we hired them to paint the room as well. We will absolutely recommend them to others and hire them again for other projects.
