    Warners' Stellian Appliance
I purchased a clothes dryer from Warner Stellian in November 2019. I called them on December 11th to report the dryer was not functioning correctly. I did not receive a call back so called back again on December 17th and spoke to a person who said they would dispatch someone to fix the dryer. I did not hear back again. I called again on December 23rd and was told the soones they could dispatch someone was January 7th. The person was dispatched to my home. After his inspection he said he did not have the correct parts and needed to order them. I called service again to ask for an appointment and they said they would be out to finish the repair on January 16th. On January 15th I received a voice mail that said they had not received the parts yet and should have them in and be able to complete the repair on the 17th. I had not heard from them since nor were they over on the 17th so today, January 24th, I called four times to finally reach an operator who told me all she could do is put me into the queue to speak with someone in service. I spent 22 minutes on hold and no one picked up then the line went to dead air.

    Steves Appliances Inc
Through word of mouth at our church, family, and friends, Steve's Appliances has always come highly recommended. We were incredibly happy with the service that they provided for us. They price match with any other appliance retailer out there, and they are kind, honest, and dependable. Our refrigerator stopped working, and so my husband and I decided to replace all of the appliances in our kitchen because they were all not working to their full potential. Not only did Sarah give us a great deal, she even took the time to answer any and all questions that we had, and looked up different makes, models, prices, etc. Her and her coworkers were extremely kind and gracious to us, very accommodating with our two year old little boy that was running around throughout the two hours that we were there. The appliances were delivered at the time that they gave us, and they look and work wonderfully. Sarah even went above and beyond and helped set up a plumber for us to run a gas line into our kitchen the same day to make sure everything was installed and working properly. Amazing! Thank you for the great experience, and we will be recommending your business to EVERYONE that we know!

    Sears Home Services
28thI bought a new dishwasher from Sears a year and a half ago and installed it myself.  They had a warranty available and it was around $150 dollars and I was told that if I scheduled a free check-up every year that I would get a check for the cost of the warranty. Not a bad deal at all, huh?
I scheduled the check-up about four months ago and they guy came out in a reasonable amount of time and checked everything out and it passed.
On January 12th, 2016 I was running a wash cycle with dishwasher cleaner in it to clean out any rust or chemical buildup in the dishwasher.  My wife called me downstairs because water was coming out of the front of the dishwasher and onto the floor.  I turned the appliance off and noticed that it was not draining.  I called Sears Home warranty to let them know I needed it fixed.  They said no problem and I was told the person would be out January 28th, 2016 to fix it.  That is two weeks and two days.
I think this is way too long to be without a dishwasher.  I am very disappointed in their response time.  If they do not have the bodies to handle their work then they should subcontract the work out.  I have been washing dishes every day since then and it is a pain in the but.  I then went to their website and I emailed them voicing my displeasure.  They told me that they could not do anything about it but offered me 10,000 points.  I would rather have a working dishwasher.
In the future I would buy a warranty from a third party.  I am so disappointed.

    Appliance Smart
Appliance Smart gave us the name of Kurt on a small card to install our gas range. Don't ever call Kurt (MAK Daddy) to install your gas range as he will make your life difficult for a few days. First he was always very vague about his arrival times which gave him the opportunity to not arrive at all during the times mentioned. Once he has uninstalled your old gas range, you are pretty much stuck with him to install your new gas range. For us, we were stuck three days and three nights with out a gas range, and that is only when I, a very mild-mannered person, lost my temper. Of course Kurt came up with extra charges - his extra charges were $120. They may have been justified, who knows?
Otherwise Appliance Smart did OK on the sale. Their delivery was prompt, and sales staff were good. But for Appliance Smart to recommend Kurt as installer shows disregard for their customers.

    Sears Home Services
Sears sent us statements each month showing $0 balance due and magically I opened our latest statement to find they charged us $400 in interest. We were never notified this was coming due. I checked last month's statement and found in very small print buried in the statement the offer ended Jan 1. I admit I never noticed it and should have been more diligent. However, I find it very deceptive on their part. They are counting on consumers to miss the due date so they can charge them outrageous interest fees. We have purchased many large ticket items from them but NO MORE. Their 800# customer service person, Christine, told me the due date had passed so they could not do anything to credit my account. I am shredding up my Sears card, closing our account and will head down the street to their competitors for all future purchases.

    WARNER'S STELLIAN APPLIANCE
Left somewhat disappointed and frustrated. Lynne Taylor helped us. She did not appear to appreciate that we did not know precisely which appliances we wanted. Seemed to push us through the store choosing items for us so she could give us a "package price" and be done with us. She warmed up just a bit toward the end.

The sales staff showed us the pros and cons of the various appliances, including several items we didn't think about. They were able to help us get exactly what we wanted for a great price! They installed all the appliances with a professional staff. I am VERY pleased with all appliances and will give them my business the next time we are looking.
