    The original purchase was kind of a hassle and I spent hours there negotiating and waiting. The shop is a joke. I dropped off my car on a Friday before work for an air bag sensor and what turned out to be switch for my headlights. I'm not sure if they don't know what they have on hand or what, but first they called me and explained the problems and said they didn't have my airbag sensor, and they couldn't have it shipped in till Tuesday. Than 10 Minutes later they called back and said they and quot;foundand quot; one in the shop. And after paying my bill and half, the work didn't take. I had. To take it yo a different shop to get it fixed. And the car itself, well they said their mechs checked it out because they it was a pre-owned vehicle. Lot of good their inspection did. I've had the car almost a year, and I've put almost the value of it into repairs for it, with more to come.

    I asked them to check my front end to see why it had more play than normal, they ended up telling me that I needed to replace parts that had recently been replaced and were fine . This is a dealership so the prices do tend to be higher but I did not expect them to tell me I needed to replace parts that did not need replacing. I am very disappointed in them and will use another auto business that is more trustworthy.

    The mechanics at kens only repaired what was necessary and did not add additional repairs that were not needed at the time and at a very fair price. Kens was a second opinion after the fact of a repair that I had done at another auto repair shop. I trust this establishment and send my mother, in laws and friends there often.

    Dave was very quick to fit my truck in. He also told me of a new technique that actually cost less than what it normally would. He has also looked at it immediately when the check engine light comes on. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

    Charged for 2 extra quarts of oil over it's 5 qt. limit? Oil leaked from bad filter.
    Found out( after 2 oil changes there) the filter was not the brand they use, it is from Wal-Mart which changed it 2 changes back!

    They were able to get me in right away at about 9 a.m. This was right after they had waited on somebody else and brought them in. They were ready to go to work and the guy said they should have me out of there in about 45 minutes. They definitely met or exceeded that expectation. I looked under the car when I got home and I like the material that they installed. It looked like they did a very nice job. I don't find any scratches that might happen to somebody who has something like that put on. The price I paid was actually a little less than what was earlier quoted to me on the phone, although it may have been for a little different hitch. I am very happy with their performance. They had the right parts for the job.

    Returned my vehicle to Hanson Tire to get a scraping noise fixed that was created during previous repairs.They tried to charge me for the noise they created.  Plus! The noise they created was never repaired after the second attempt.

    This was a horrible experience.  I went in to look at a car, there were two sales people (Chris and Paul) who were excellent!   There was a sales person who wanted to talk about religion, personal life (way too much information for me), etc... on my test drive.  When I decided on a vehicle that I was very interested in, they "tried" to find one for me, but couldn't.  They tried to sell me the one on the lot, which I didn't want (I wanted a different color and different options).  Then I met with Kade, the general manager, who was horrible.  He didn't want to take the time to talk to me about what I wanted!  He wanted me to say yes to the one on the lot and didn't want to take the time to listen to what I wanted.  When I talked to him how much he would give me for my trade-in and how much the total cost would be, he just said that I could afford it and it didn't matter the final total.  I told him I wanted to see everything written down on paper.  He didn't want to do that!  Even the sales people tried to get him to put things down on paper!  He kept pressuring me to just say yes to the one on the lot! When I wouldn't commit immediately, he got up and walked out and left to go home for the day.  I felt so unimportant at this point, that I left and took my business elsewhere!

    I purchased a new vehicle from them! They were very accomodating and answered all of my questions and even let me test drive it a few times to make sure I had the right vehicle! They had it ready to go when promised and even went back to reclean the vehicle interior when things were not as clean as I liked them. They picked up the vehicle from my work and had it back in no time, cleaned and ready to go! I would recommend them to anyone!
