    The Guy Next Door
Dennis came out about 4 weeks ago (which was 2 weeks behind the start date), to tear out the floor and walls and install a new shower. He left us with an unfinished bathroom with a working toilet and unfinished shower/tub (which had working water, but insulation coming out of the walls as the new sheet rock was not installed yet). This was done on a Monday and no one came out the rest of the week to work on our unfinished bathroom. Two weeks later, after multiple phone calls, Dennis was ordered to come out to finish the bathroom. He did not come out, but sent an employee to install sheet rock and flooring in our bathroom. This worker left us without a working toilet in our home. Dennis informed him he needed to pull the toilet, and that it would take 3 days to set the flooring. Dennis said he would come out tonight to do the tile, but he's not able to come tonight. The owner of the home who we rent from has already paid Dennis up front in full and asked us not to have anyone else complete the work. We don't know when we'll have a working toilet again. We were not able to host Thanksgiving for my family, as we did not have a bathroom for people to use. Be advised that The Guy Next Door will want take your money upfront in full, but not finish the job.
