    F&A Remodeling
Very professional and respectful, a team that finds solutions and is excited about the work they do! The F&A team painted the exterior of my home in 2019, and I was very pleased with the results. They are all about customer service. Great quote, worked with my schedule to complete the job on time. Subsequently, I asked F&A to quote painting 2 ceilings, replacing a linoleum floor and painting the walls of my laundry room. Once the wall cabinets were removed, we saw that the previous owner had cut away drywall in order to get the cabinets to fit across the wall. To me, that was an ugly mess! F&A was not worried about making the repair, and my mind was at ease. F&A advised on flooring options (we used vinyl planks instead of ceramic tile), worked with me on scheduling the job, and finished the entire job early. It looks perfect. I am so pleased they are helping me check off the to-do items on my list!

    Dinse Contracting LLC
We hired Brian Dinse and his crew to work with us on redoing our second full bathroom. The original floor plan had a very small cubicle shower that had developed a leak over the years and needed to be fixed. We knew we'd have to basically go down to the studs in that room and build back up, and Brian had great ideas and vision for what could be done there. We have baseboard heat in the home, and so we knew we'd want to relocate a radiator in order to make the best use of the available space, and Brian brought one of his team in early to consult with us about the best way to work around that limitation. It really helped me feel comfortable with him and his team to know that they were thinking about that kind of thing up front. Brian helped us with tile and fixture selections and overall design - he has a great feel for modern design that really aligned with what we wanted to do in the space. Once the work started, everyone that was involved were amazing. We enjoyed having all of the crew in our house, they went out of their way to make sure that we knew what was going on, and that we were comfortable with everything as the work progressed. The demo and rough in went by in a flash, and while the tile took some time, it was definitely time well spent - the attention to detail and professionalism by all of the guys was fantastic. They showed me everything that was going on; talked me through all the plumbing and structural work - no mysteries for us in that bathroom any more, which is very comforting to me as a homeowner. And the end result is, without a doubt, the nicest room in the whole house. We could not be happier with the work done. The room feels so much bigger, and the work, both in the fine details, and in the overall polish is just stunning.

    Mark Ellis Builders
My 41 year old condo looks as if its had a face lift by the best surgeon around. As in fact it has, As builders are the facelift providers for homes, Mark Ellis may certainly be the best around. He can be relied upon for unerring design advice as well as impeccable craftsmanship. Every room in my 2-story townhouse style condo, including a walkout lower level, was redone from ceilings to new floorings by the most considerate crew of experienced trades people. In addition to the beauty of the finished product and the quality of the workmanship, another attribute of Mr. Ellis which should be mentioned is his attention to detail and concern for the client. He remains in close contact with the client to ascertain needs, to discuss ongoing work, and is speedily responsive via text and telephone at all times. I am positively delighted with my new home and will only consider Mr. Ellis for any additions or changes in the future.

    Tribble Painting Company
This is the fourth time we have hired Tribble Painting Co. Each time they have painted selected rooms as well as exterior house work in the past. Not only did they do a great quality paint job, but also drywall repair. The quality of our drywall work prior to Tribbles repairs, was very poor. Its important to have the drywall in good shape. Mike Rogers and colleague spent a lot of time and effort fixing our drywall. The final finished paint job was excellent. They are very professional and arrived on time. I did ask Mike to come back several days later to do some unexpected painting and he did so without any issue. He is very professional, courteous, and efficient. Another comment is they did a great job at moving the heavy furniture and took care in protecting it while doing their work. When they were finally done, they cleaned up all the dust from the drywall work. We are very happy with his work. We definitely would recommend this company. We already plan on more work being done in the upcoming months. Thanks Mike!!

    Mark Ellis Builders
My wife and I had Mark Ellis recently completely renovate our bathroom. We were installing a new tub, vanity, tile flooring, tile surround, and installing a shower niche. We knew going in that there was at least some water damage in the subfloor from the previous owners poor work (They had laid a vinyl floor over the previous floor and failed to seal it properly along the tub). After getting in contact with him, Mark met with us in our home to go over the scope of the project and to discuss our budget. Mark was the third contractor we met with and he was by far the one with the most reasonable budget and the only one who would explain his quote in any detail. He was also very clear in his communication for what the project entailed, what he needed from our end, and when hed be free from other jobs to handle our project. We did have to email him a few times after the initial conversation in order to get a solidified start, but once we had confirmation from him they started the next day. My wife and I also both work nights, and Mark was very good at communicating when his crew would be coming in so we could prepare and we were both very thankful for that. The people on Marks crew were all very respectful of our house and did great work. I was honestly impressed with how clean everything was once they had finished. Once the project started, Marks crew was on site 5 days a week working full days. If there was ever a day in the week they couldnt come in, like for Thanksgiving, they still came that Saturday to help keep the project on time. The only hiccup in the entire project was after they had finished the demo, there was water damage on the exterior wall that neither parties had anticipated. As soon as they found out, Mark met with us and described to us how hed be able to solve the problem and exactly how it would affect our budget. The entire project stayed on time and within the budget we agreed upon. We had the same crew working on our house every day, so they were able to work efficiently and all of them knew the expectations for the project. My wife and I are both extremely satisfied by the final product, and by the work and conduct of his entire crew. We plan on using Mark for our future projects and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable contractor.

    Good Bones House, LLC
Insulation, wood floor, drywall, lighting..complete redo removing on of two outside access doors and one of six windows...this conversion was exceptional. Company took our ideas, suggested others and the outcome exceeded our expectations. And, they cleaned up after themselves. Very pleased!

    Master's Craft Painting
Master's Craft did an amazing job in our large, open foyer. They repaired, patched (a lot!), and painted the whole area in just a couple days. The whole team was professional and so personable from beginning to end. The quality is top notch and we have gotten so many compliments on how great it looks. We were so happy with the quality of service that we are having them paint our exterior trim at the end of the month. Thank you, Master's Craft!!

    CJ & Son Painting
CJ and his family worked hard to fit us in before our move-in date. They used top quality Benjamin Moore products and had an incredible attention to detail. They worked over night to make our deadline and they protected our trim and floors and kept the paint where it was intended to be. I would definitely use CJ and Son again for my next painting project.

    Dinse Contracting LLC
Extremely well. Every member of Dinse Contracting who worked on this major project over 2/3 months was highly skilled, informative, respectful, efficient, careful and went beyond all our expectations. There was never any construction debris, trash or unsafe work materials. Their professionalism is by far the best we have ever experienced during multiple projects in 50 years of home ownership. We would highly recommend this contractor and every one of his team.
