    We hired Brian Dinse and his crew to work with us on redoing our second full bathroom. The original floor plan had a very small cubicle shower that had developed a leak over the years and needed to be fixed. We knew we'd have to basically go down to the studs in that room and build back up, and Brian had great ideas and vision for what could be done there. We have baseboard heat in the home, and so we knew we'd want to relocate a radiator in order to make the best use of the available space, and Brian brought one of his team in early to consult with us about the best way to work around that limitation. It really helped me feel comfortable with him and his team to know that they were thinking about that kind of thing up front. Brian helped us with tile and fixture selections and overall design - he has a great feel for modern design that really aligned with what we wanted to do in the space. Once the work started, everyone that was involved were amazing. We enjoyed having all of the crew in our house, they went out of their way to make sure that we knew what was going on, and that we were comfortable with everything as the work progressed. The demo and rough in went by in a flash, and while the tile took some time, it was definitely time well spent - the attention to detail and professionalism by all of the guys was fantastic. They showed me everything that was going on; talked me through all the plumbing and structural work - no mysteries for us in that bathroom any more, which is very comforting to me as a homeowner. And the end result is, without a doubt, the nicest room in the whole house. We could not be happier with the work done. The room feels so much bigger, and the work, both in the fine details, and in the overall polish is just stunning.

    We were *extremely* satisfied with the repairs & services rendered by Marks Heating & Cooling! Also we were exceptionally pleased with the service that Darius provided! Not only was his professionalism and knowledge amazing. He went above and beyond to get out here, fix the problem and make sure that it was fully resolved before leaving. Originally they were contracted by our landlords to pull a permit for our hot water tank, but our furnace had been having some issues also, so Darius took the time to look at that while he was here. Everything works great and we've had no issues at all! But how he was towards my son, who has speech apraxia, is what truly impressed me & prompted me to leave a review. As I was very touched at how much Darius went out of his way to not only interact with my son; but not once did Darius talk down to him like he's deaf or incapable of understanding what's being said, as many people sadly do. He spoke to him, not at him, like my so was any other "normal" child out there. Not everyone does that sadly. To see how Darius just got down on his level, really worked to not only hear him.. but to actually understand what my son was saying? I got tears in my eyes at Darius' compassion, understanding and just how excited my son was to be "included" and being a big helper! He told my son he needed help, asked him if he could be a big helper and told to get his toy hammer, then had him tap on the air intake grate because it was "stuck" and found other ways to include my son who was very interested in what was going on. Both days he was here, Darius had my son chatting up a storm with him! I cannot stress enough what a freaking *HUGE* deal that is for my to do with a near stranger! This type of service isn't something you see much of anymore these days. So thank you again Darius for all you did!

    Service Tech Brent was able to diagnose and fix a problem with my Lennox HE furnace that only happens occasionally. He traced the problem to a bad pressure switch that only failed under certain operating conditions and replaced it (part under warranty). Brent and Harriman Heating were prompt both in the initial service visit (the same day I called for support) as well as in getting the replacement part and returning to install it -- I actually had to have them wait an extra day after getting the part so that I could be home, as they got it faster than I'd anticipated! This is the second time I've used Harriman with great satisfaction; while my furnace is only 5 years old, the original installer is no longer doing residential service.

    Fantastic service from Harriman tech Justin! When I turned on furnace for the first time this year (five-year-old high-efficiency Lennox), it would shut down, giving an error code for the blower motor. After several days of trying other companies, who all declined my request to help (or simply failed to call me back at all), Harriman took my call and had me on the schedule within a few minutes, with a tech arriving later that day. Internet searches suggest Lennox furnaces can be particularly tricky to service, and mine was no exception. The error code given by the furnace only indirectly showed where the actual problems were, and Furnace Tech Justin had to spend long periods of time on hold with Lennox to verify his diagnosis and receive clearance to replace the parts under warranty, including two trips to a dealer location half an hour away to find the appropriate parts (the logic board and the motor control unit). For the price -- a $99 initial service call and $300 flat-rate repair fee -- I received exceptional value from Harriman. Not only a large chunk of Tech Justin's time on the direct problem, but plenty of guidance on thermostat use for optimal heating performance, etc. Next time I have any heating needs, Harriman will definitely be my first call (rather than my 12th!)

    This is a summary review of 4 different visits over the last several months. Greg was my tech each time. He is very professional and knowledgable and shares information readily. In my old house he repaired my furnace and then my AC unit quickly and at a fair price. In my new condo he repaired my water heater and then performed PM's on my AC unit and furnace. No complaints at all for any of his visits!

    Perfect. Removed the old AC which he had installed originally and still worked but was 18 years old. I was concerned it would die in hot weather. So, although he told me it was still ok and didn't really need to be replaced, I wanted a new one and so he did install a new one. James is so honest! What a great man. And his son is taking after him as well. The installation went really well and the new AC runs like a top! My son's AC had died that same day so after installing mine, they went with me to my son's house and they fixed his AC. Perfect!

    Because our furnace was dead, and we were without heat, Koch & White moved our install up. I can't say enough about the professionalism of their staff in the office and their install crews. The install team worked quickly, cleanly and everything looks stellar. Our new furnace has been humming for a week now and we couldn't be happier. By the way, we got 5 quotes for the work and Koch & White are the only company offering a 10-year parts & labor warranty as well as annual visits after the first year. You can't find anyone that comes even close to that.

    My furnace died--on a Sunday, of course! It was cold last weekend, and I began desperately calling HVAC service companies in the area. Some didn't even have voice mail outside regular business hours. I left some voice mail messages where available but no one called me back until Monday. Jeff from Climate-Tech answered the phone. AND he came out a couple of hours later to assess the situation. He assured me he would have a new furnace up and running the next day. He gave me several options and did not pressure me to choose any particular one--told me to think about it and call him later with my decision. He also gave me some great advice about how my dogs and I could stay warm overnight. Jeff and his son Joe installed my new furnace on Monday, as promised. They were professional and left the furnace area spotless. Their prices were reasonable too. Friends were amazed that I got a new furnace installed within 24 hours in the dead of winter. I would--and WILL--hire Climate-Tech again. Excellent service!
