    Dinse Contracting LLC
Extremely well. Every member of Dinse Contracting who worked on this major project over 2/3 months was highly skilled, informative, respectful, efficient, careful and went beyond all our expectations. There was never any construction debris, trash or unsafe work materials. Their professionalism is by far the best we have ever experienced during multiple projects in 50 years of home ownership. We would highly recommend this contractor and every one of his team.

    Brick Doctor Bill Inc
This fall we finally decided to address our brick paver patio that was not only ugly, but dangerous to walk on and use. I got a few estimates and was not confident in paying the quoted prices with contractors who did not give me a level of confidence it would be done right. A coworker recommended Brick Doctor Bill which he used the year prior. When I saw Brick Doctor Bill and their crew in my subdivision, I stopped in and inquired about getting a quote. I received a quote the next day and the price was competitive, detailed, and included sealing which I did not consider originally. I hired their company and cannot be happier! My patio is not only usable, but it looks spectacular. I could not believe they could use my same bricks and make them look so inviting. The crew worked hard and gave me some great maintenance tips for the future! I was also glad to hear they offer followup maintenance services so I can maintain my newly restored patio! I spent a lot of money repairing and restoring this patio and I want to enjoy it for many years to come!

    Sharper Homes, Inc
The work was done professionally and the craftmanship was excellent. Sean and Brooks did a wonderful job. We get many compliments on how beautiful our deck is, especially with the roof on it that allows us to use it even in the rain. Would definitely recommend Sharper Homes.

I cannot imagine a more polite, professional, considerate crew of guys. They really knew their stuff when it came to brickwork--the house looks 100% better. They went above and beyond in terms of clean-up and putting things back. They came early and were done early. I can't say enough good things about this company. I will definitely use them again!

I was very pleased with the service. We have a large concrete front porch set on bricks that was crumbling near the front door as well as a front walk that was experiencing some damage from tree roots. Mike and Sean were very honest and helpful in making recommendations to fit our needs and budget. They suggested only replacing a portion of the porch and simply sealing the rest, much cheaper than a full replacement. I also very much appreciated the little touches that really added to the quality of their work. They nicely kept the brick setting and added a couple angles to the cut and the step that both reduced the ability to see the difference between old and new from the street and improved the look of the porch overall. We are very happy with the finished project. The only minor problem we had were the amount of tools/work products left in our yard during the process, however as soon as I expressed a concern it was taken care of. When the job was completed there was some minor cleanup required on our part filling in some space by the front walk (left by the supports used during the pour) and replanting some grass that had been killed were bags of concrete had been left but everything else was spotless. I will definitely call Midwest again if I have any future needs.

Great.  Mark and his team do all my work around the house.

I have a couple of steps leading up to my front porch that due to their slope don't require handrails, but I have a lot of older folks visiting my home and it was a hazard.  Mark and his team designed the handrails, had me pick out the uprights and then created and installed them.  They are perfect.  Visitors love them. They go with the house.  And they do exactly what they should.  I should note that my yard is terrible clay and they had to auger and then hand dig the holds for the posts to do to depth, a miserable job.

I wanted 3 raised bed garden beds for the back yard.  I found a design on pinterest, told Mark I wanted something close.  Pointed out the aspects that were important.  They got the supplies, built the beds and installed them in the yard. And also got the dirt and had them filled.  I should note, I have a walkout basement, so going from my front to back yard is very steep and doing it with wheel barrels of dirt is quite a chore.

Mark's team are polite and pleasant.  My parents live with me and I have pets.  I never worry about any of the guys being less than great to deal with.  They clean up and are careful with our home.  I highly recommend Mark and team.

    Restore-A-Deck
Each part of the service was done to expectation; the crew was communicative to me and to their boss, and they informed me when a certain repair wouldn't be worth the cost/effort, and accepted an on-the-fly side job as a replacement. I'm very happy with the results of each repair, but a special thanks goes to the owner: When the deck was stained/sealed, it was gorgeous, but we noticed a missed portion. The owner came back out, fixed it, and took the time to re-stain/seal other areas of the deck because they weren't up to his specifications. That was excellent customer service, and we'll be using them going forward. Our deck looked totally unloved before (because it was), but now looks incredible.

    Dinse Contracting LLC
This was an intimidating project that Brian saw through from start to finish.  From repairing and replacing dry-rotted and missing clapboard and trim (preserving intricate historic details such as crown molding all over the house), through to painting.  It's a very large house and it was in very bad shape, and looks fantastic now.  If I can attach pictures, they will speak for themselves.
Brian and his crew were professional, communicative, and did the work as promised.  There were no unpleasant surprises, only pleasant ones.

    Killer Decks
My wife & I are very critical customers, and usually are willing to pay a bit more for better craftsmanship, materials, and overall quality - In general, we really want peace of mind & subscribe to the principle of ?you get what you pay for?.

The owner of Killer Decks, Steve Scholl, is very personally engaged in the projects, overseeing his team to insure there?s quality in the details. He is very friendly, candid in his professional opinions, and a general ?straight shooter? in his business dealings. He inspires confidence, and in the 2 major projects he?s completed for me (both >$10k), I?m still 100% satisfied with his work many years later.

I would strongly recommend his services.

The work team had to remove the original fans, repair some associated electrical wiring, and install the fans.  This project involved building a temporary deck that spanned the pool and could be moved under each of the three fans, working from a ladder to remove the old fans, and install the new ones.  They also changed out the switch boxes for the fans.  The project took a team of three workers all day, with a little time out to perform several smaller repairs around then house. The team arrived exactly when promised and completed the work on time and as promised.  The fans are well installed, and one of the team carefully walked me through the installation, the new switching system, and instructions for running the fans.  Furthermore, the team used our garage to put together the fans and to build the temporary decking and then take it apart. At the end of the day, I found the garage the cleanest and neatest it has been in years.
