AArtistic Construction & Design LLCThey are always a pleasure to deal with. Deck was old and falling apart. They replaced all the framework and installed new decking that withstands MI weather. Old porch was ceramic and cracking. The original material was not accepted by our Arch Committee. Contractor provided alternate material--accepted and has received raves from neighbors. AMichigan's Best Deck BuildersAfter contacting Michigan Deck Builders, the owner came to our home and provided us with a proposal and scope of work. Once we accepted the proposal we were put on the schedule. Because Covid, there was a 2 month wait to get materials. Once the decking materials were available, workers came out and removed the old deck in one day. This activity was followed by a cleanup effort that was completed the following day. Once the decking material arrived, a full crew arrived and worked 3 days to install the new deck. After the deck was completed to our satisfaction, the cleanup crew arrived and removed all excess material and left are yard clean of all debris.- Henry K.

A21st Century WindowsI have been around the block and have had my fair share of dealings with construction companies... I know that writing this review, still wouldn’t give out enough credit and praise to this FABULOUS company! The owner Mark and his assistant Cody, first came to our home and went through all the windows that should be replaced... I knew they were an honest company and wasn’t out to take advantage of us in the least bit... After they assessed the windows that needed replacing, I asked about some of the others to see if we should replace... The answer we were given was; why would you want to waste your money, these other windows and sliding door are in great shape!… Wow!, was that ever refreshing to hear. In addition to that, we had asked if they would be interested in doing more exterior work for us; replacing some of the old wood around the house. They figured out what was rotting and replaced it with painted new wood. This company came out, and while working, they might notice something small that needed to be sealed up or fixed even... They didn’t have to do the little extras, but guess what... They did and did an OUTSTANDING JOB!!… We will NEVER, hire another company to come out and do our windows or projects. I am a long lifer with this company from here on out -Couldn’t be happier. The job went fast, the guys, Tom, Alex, Jimmy, and Cody were there on time, considerate beyond belief . They made certain that the property was clean after every single day and made sure we were happy with every single thing that was going in and on for all those days. When the projects were finished, they came back out and rehung our blinds back up. I must also mention that Tom, can custom build and trim out around posts and windows like I’ve never seen... But, he did have his helpers to assist, and for that, I am sure that that’s why and how he can do such great work. Jimmy, Alex, and Cody, BIG THANK YOU to all of you guys to. AKearns Bro’s did an amazing job covering the wood trim along our 2 story house and replacing our gutters. Their pricing was very competitive and James did a great job walking us through the process. The office kept us in the know on their timeline and schedule. The crew who came out was very professional, had great craftsmanship and did a great job cleaning up after themselves every day. AI have never been so pleased. We have hired many, poor, contractors in the past. Not anymore. Richard Miller and his team were amazing. My crew did show up on time everyday. The quality of their work was perfection. If there was a problem, it was fixed, no questions asked. We loved the fact that Richard agreed to all the little extras, without charging more, so we could stay within our budget. Our crew cleaned up sooo well each and everyday. They worked 10 hour days, never left the house and had a quick 15 min. lunch. We felt like family to them. I will miss them!! Stupid, I know, but, true. Brenda and Sean took care of all our needs, personally and on the phone. No answering service there! We loved Richard. A truly, honest, person. We spoke almost everyday to make sure we were happy. Everything was done by the book!! Permits and other legal requirements, DONE!! Please don't hesitate in hiring this company. Totally worth it!! Thank You Bobson and Staff!!
