Bin There Dump That - Grand Rapids
Bin There Dump That has some of the nicest staff! There is an old truck parked next to my house. When they dropped off the dumpster, they took the trouble to ask about blocking access to the truck. Also, when I told them why I needed the dumpster, they suggested I have it delivered on a Friday, which would give me two weekends to use it. The dumpster is clean and green and not such an eyesore as others I have seen. The next big cleanup I do, I will definitely use Bin There Dump That.

Bin There Dump That - Grand Rapids
Ben arrived right on schedule and placed the bin right where I wanted it.  He was careful to make sure the bin was level and on the boards he provided to protect the pavement.  I worked good and hard all week, and was ready for him to pick up at the scheduled time.  When Ben saw that I would be placing some old carpeting in the bin, he asked me to make sure it ended up on top so that it could be removed at their yard for recycling at a nearby place.  Really appreciated his effort to minimize landfill wherever possible.  No complaints at all about the bin itself or the quality of service provided by Ben.  Thanks!

    Bob's Complete Construction, Inc
Bob returned my call on Thursday, 6/19/14 at 1p. It sounded to me like he was coming right over to inspect the hole. I waited 7 hours; then finally called him to say it was after 8p and I wanted to eat dinner, etc. The TV was playing in the background. He'd forgotten. He apologized and said he'd come by at 9a the next morning (Friday, 6/20/14). And he did.
In the meantime, I went to my shed an got my dog's wading pool, hauled it to the attic, and placed it under the hole in the roof.
After Bob inspected the hole from inside the attic, he gave me an verbal estimate of $125 and said he'd fit me in some time the following week. By Friday of the next week (6-27-14), I called Bob. He said he'd fix my roof early next week.
On Monday, 6/30/14, Bob rings the doorbell at 5p. He didn't call ahead of time, because he hadn't written down my phone number.
The job took an hour. He used my ladder, broom, scrap wood board, and shingles.
He had quoted $125. He asked for $150.
I paid the $150 and did not use the Angie's List coupon (I had forgotten to mention that I had printed one off on the day he made his quote so it was invalid).
June had been a really hot, sticky month. Bob had mentioned that he was really, really busy. He was always up-beat. I understood the delays but wished he had remembered my name and number instead of me having to call him back. He was the only person who was even interested in fixing my roof. The original roofing firm would not return my calls. (Too small of a job?)
Bob's assistant went above and beyond. While he was waiting for Bob to inspect the hole from on top of the roof, he brushed small branches, etc. from off the roof and then swept the debris from the gutters. <AWESOME!> (The neighbor's big oak trees drop a lot of branches, leaves, limbs on my roof. Thus, the hole in the roof.)
I'm glad the hole is fixed and would use Bob again (even with his quirks).

Bin There Dump That - Grand Rapids
We weren't sure what size dumpster we needed so they offered to bring a 14 yard for the price of a 12 yard. We would pay the difference only if we filled the bin to the top. They delivered the bin when promised, put it where we requested, and were very professional. It was the cleanest bin I have ever seen. We would definitely use them again and recommend then to others.

    1-800-GOT-JUNK
Very easy to schedule.  Although they would not give an true estimate before the appointment, I was able to get a rough estimate over the phone, and the project came in well under this estimate.  The work was extremely professional, and finished quickly.  The cost may have been a bit higher than some other options, but it was well worth it for how smoothly everything went.

Bin There Dump That - Grand Rapids
Ben delivered the dumpster within a minute when he said he would. He placed boards down first before unloading.
Dumpster was clean and worked as a new item.
After 6 days he came back to retrieve the dumpster and  he cleaned the area where it had been, even though it was raining and debris from a tree was present that was  not his responsibility.
    Very professional and pleasing experience.
Great communication and excellent job.  Would use this service again without a doubt.

Bin There Dump That - Grand Rapids
First, Ben was great to work with!  I was working on cleaning a rental unit and realized (on a Saturday afternoon no less) that I needed a dumpster for garbage that was left by the previous tenants.  Ben dropped it off within two hours. (again on a Saturday afternoon!) I was not thrilled about a dumpster in the driveway with a 'for rent' sign in the yard however, the dumpster was freshly painted a vibrant color and clean!! The dumpster was CLEAN! I was really amazed and very very pleased, no smell...nothing.  I had no problem with that in the driveway.  He picked it up on Monday, everything was perfect and I can not thank him enough!  We will be working with Ben again and look forward to it!  I've already recommended him to several other property managers!

    Clean Sweep
Tim was great. I called him 2 times to reschedule and he accommodated us each time, even though it was probably inconvenient. He was a God-send. We're moving out of state and needless to say have shamelessly accumulated a ton 'o junk and only had one week to get ready to list our home. We sold stuff on Craig's list, gave away things to neighbors, set stuff out marked "free" on our front lawn, and made multiple trips to Goodwill. But, my husband used to be a building contractor and we had all kinds of useless and old items including broken tools, random pieces of drywall, OSB, pieces of tile, old quik-crete, and even our kitchen garbage...you name it. In fact, we had way more than Tim was expecting. No matter, he took it all and only charged us $5 more than he quoted. I gave him $90 for all his hard work and trouble. I should've given him $100. I'll definitely call him again when we go back to finish up.

    Haul Away Inc
They dropped it off and picked it up when I asked them to. They gave me a time and they came out on time. I had to adjust the time, and they were good with that. Their service was on time. They were willing to work within my schedule. They have dumpsters in different sizes. I got the smallest one. The quality was good.
