Hassle free and affordable! Best deal I could find in town. Dan, the owner, and his staff are top notch. Always very friendly and helpful.

    Kingsley Moving Systems LLC
Great. Kingsley was very cooperative, as we were presented with a situation in which we had to be out of our previous home two days before we could move into our new home. Sean and Stirling were excellent on the job, taking the care necessary to ensure our belongings arrived safely. Would definitely hire Kingsley again.

    Northshore Moving Co
We used Northshore for a long distance move (over 1,000 miles). I would highly recommend them because of their personalized service and attention to customer’s requests. They were on time for packing, loading, and unloading. The crew was friendly and worked quickly. The owner was personally engaged with the move and was committed to making sure that everything went smoothly. Moving can be stressful and challenging. It helps to work with a company that is trustworthy and dependable.

    GARNO PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
Garno and his niece claimed “all were rented out” of the dozen I asked about. Turns out, as it was back in 2011, he only had one overpriced house available. A tiny crime ridden area, house worth 600/month tops, was what he had. Wrong location and in 2018 it was owned by.... Garno himself. The one in 2011 was on the opposite side of town, and he had to get his mommy’s permission. Why is he so stupid around tenants who are retired? In 2011 I turned down one woman, who came from the same German town my mom came from, and she cried. For some reason he thought my accent meant I was black? Is he some sort of half baked, deaf or “challenged” bigot? If he is managing your property, then know this. None of the places he had “available” were ready and I gave this drunk 3 months to find a suitable place. What a wacky doodle.. 517-798-3819. He needs to be checked out by the city, the feds... but he rents for CASH to the desperate so he doesn’t report it when the house is occupied. Now I sold my Chicago home, and want to buy a south side (48911) Lansing home under 35 grand, over 1000 sq feet, single story for wheelchair access in the future thru one door. Any ideas? Not buying from wacky doodle dandy Garno! Cash sale only. Must not be stickered like Garno’s last “available” unit...

Marty's Handyman and Consulting Service LLC
Exceptional. Marty called me back right away, indicating that it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to the job. Then, almost exactly two weeks later he called back to find out if I was still interested in his help. He then came out the next day and looked at the mailbox and gave me an estimate. The mailbox post was repaired the next day at exactly the time he said-- even in the middle of a rain/snow event! Very pleased.

    Aspen Plumbing Services
I came home from work at 6:30 to hear the sound of rushing water.  I ran downstairs (to my finished basement) to find 3 inches of water in the basement. When we checked the spare bedroom down there, the pipe in corner was cracked and spewing water. I turned off the water to the whole house, called my insurance agent, they told me to call a plumber, but could not provide me the name of one they recommended. They told me to look in the phone book.  When I was looking through the phone book, I called several places that said they provided emergency service, however no one, not even an answering service answered my call.  When I called Aspen Plumbing, they took my information and told me someone would call me back shortly. Within 5 minutes the plumber called me back and told me he would be out in about 45 minutes.  He actually arrived in 30 minutes, quickly diagnoses the problem and repaired it.  It turns out he was one of the guys who had come out and installed the new heat pump I bought with my furnace from Aspen Heating & Cooling.  He was very polite, professional and gave me some very good advice in navigating the next stages of this clean up.  When he gave me the bill, he was almost apologetic that he had to charge me the $99 service call since it was after hours.  He could see how overwhelmed I was by what was happening.

Computer had been slow and had to be restarted frequently. I haven't had to restart it since. Nice job.
