  I would refer SBR Contractors LLC to all of my friends, family, and colleagues. The work I have had done is impeccable, I was thrilled with the amount of work they did in the amount of time it was completed and of course, the quality as well! (The neighbor is having some siding and window work done too, the contractor they are using started before the work on my house and is STILL working!) This particular group of contractors were not my first bid, but they were very reasonable with their price quote, and understood that we had researched what we wanted, and made it happen. I actually had another group try to talk me out of what we wanted done, a few groups were also struggling with simple communication, or providing a written bid- but SBR Contractors was wonderful! There was one time in particular that stands out to me, after they had been hired, I had headed on a weekend getaway and they needed access to the house, I had provided them my daughter's phone number and they had no problem making an appointment with her to enter the house. My daughter is a little over- bearing, a bit OCD and over- protective and both contractors put her at ease (she was also happy that they cleaned up after themselves). Both of the contractors were professional, compassionate, kind, understanding, and completely trustworthy. There were several occasions that I was not able to be home when they were working, and I had no doubts at all about having them there when I could not be present. My mother, daughter, and grandchildren had all been around the contractors at separate occasions, and all felt completely comfortable- not to mention, the contractors treated the grandchildren wonderfully. The kids are still talking about "Mr Cool." Not only am I planning to use this group in the future, but they are the only contractors I will use, whether I wait or not (not at all indicating that I was made to wait, these gentleman are just worth it!). You will not find a kinder contractor.

  They were able to take our vision and recreate it for us. They were willing to work with the builder and get on board with the vision.  The home is gold level lead with recycled material and were able to work with us on that. We are incredibly pleased with them. They are very easy to get a hold of them. I can contact them morning, noon, and night.  Mike Stevens is the CEO of the group and he comes from down south and he can build anytime of house. He lines up the right subcontractors and delivers to the full guarantee. He backs up his work.  His partner is a great architect and details all the finishing work. Anythign who walks into this house walks in with his mouth open. Our house is remarkable, a huge tribute to them.

  They were responsive and prompt, on the site the morning after the storm with clean up restoration beginning the following day. They did most of the work but provided general contracting services and sub-contractor oversight for the electrical, plumbing, etc. They were efficient, kept us informed of decisions that we would need to make in the near future, recommended reliable sources for flooring and other materials and kept the project on schedule. They required sub-contractors to come back if the quality of the work was not exactly as it should have been. The job was completed within the time indicated, within budget and the craftmanship was excellent.
