They really hit you with the high pressure sale to sign now, or it will cost you hundreds more to do the job, then they have a shoddy product which they do not affix to the studs securely. My wife put in to cancel the next day then changed the order to get a look at price and they ordered the product and charged me 20% restocking fee. They offered to perform only one aspect of the job, and not my highest priority one. I told them "no way, Jose" because I wanted a contractor to do it all. They told me exactly how long it would take and what was involved into transforming my old tub area into a beautiful shower area. It was floor to ceiling shower surround with a new window framing. The installation was quick and professional. The only problem I had with the service is that they did not communicate very well after the initial sales consultation. They were supposed to call us the day after writing them the first check, but they never did. When I contacted Atlas, they said they had called me, maybe they call the wrong number. I expect a follow-up, never got one. Called again to...

Our house was in need of new gutters. The sales presentation was very good, pricing very straight forward. As a younger household we are capable of cleaning gutters so we passed on the gutter helmet.
