The repair went well! The technician arrived on time, had our issue diagnosed quickly, and had the igniter replaced within had an hour! He even took out, and cleaned, our flame sensor (not a fun job on our furnace, due to location) at no charge to make sure it started efficiently. We couldn't be more pleased with the service!
