    He showed up on time with a pizza to check out situation, which was a nice touch. It took 2 more appointments for problem resolution, but all works perfectly now. I felt he charged a fair price for the amount of time he spent. Appointments had to be changed due to more urgent customer issues arising, but I understood because me not being able to wash clothes isn't nearly as important as someone having a refrigeration issue. He was courteous and definitely knows his stuff!

    After trying to get it started the service tech gave me a detailed reason, in common people terms, why it wasn't working aand a price to fix it. It about the same as buying a new one. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

    Anything maintainace did a phenomenal job on fixing my stove. Dennis Malaney troubleshot the problem and figured out that my hot surface ignitor needed to be replaced because the pilot light wasn't working. He proceeded to checked the broiler option on my stove and noticed that it was working just fine. Once he figured everything out he went and got the part needed to be replaced and changed it out and my stove has worked perfectly ever since. Everything was taken care of in a very timely manner and he was extremely courteous and a great help! I have referred him tona few friends for other jobs too and they were very happy as well. Was a pleasure doing business with anything maintenance and will be calling them again next time I have another issue pop up at my house.

    Repair person was able to adjust igniter on oven so that it consistently lights. On the control panel, he was able to clean the contacts and it worked fine. 
    The cooktop was another story but not the fault of the repair person. He found the leaks in the valves and manifold that sends the gas to the burners. However, he discovered that parts were no longer available for the unit. Manufacturer has discontinued.
    What I appreciated most was that the repair person was ON TIME and conducted business in a reasonable manner. He was very knowledgeable with over 35 years of experience. In the last 10 years or so, I cannot tell you how many times I was stood up by a repair person or they were very late. Also, whoever answered the phone at Appliance Doctor was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. A little bit of customer service goes a long way with me. Oh and I appreciated the fact they have business hours outside of Monday through Friday, 8 to 5.

    When i went to the basement to do laundry there was about 15 inches of water in the laundry tub. I had ran the dishwasher the night before so I knew that that was where the water was from. Called several companies on angies list and this was the first on that could work with my schedule. Todd was the tech and he was right on time and very pleasant . He did the ice maker first which he did very quickly. Ge even cleaned the floor and coils for me. next came the drain. He said that it was unusal for it to back up in to the sink and not into the floor drain. he explained what he was going to do and what some of the possiblititiies might be, worst case being having to rip up the floor.  Fortunately it was not that drastic.  Once he fixed the problem he made sure that both the kitchen and laundry lines where draining well. He cleaned up when he was done and even turned the lights off.

    Mr. Moses Moss returned my phone call promptly on the day I called. He then was able to work me in on that very day. He replaced the broken part and my washer has been working quietly and effeciently since then. No more trips to the laundromat.  He was very professional and left things looking better in the laundry area than he found them. Great job.

    I spoke with the owner on a Friday, he the said someone would call Saturday if they were available.  No call Saturday.  I had an actual appointment for Monday.   No call, Monday came and went.  Wednesday the owner called and I just said goodbye to him.  So much for appointments.   His service is rated high on the List but if you can't even remember an appointment, I do not need you or want you in my house.

    I called a few appliance repair shops that I new of and got mixed responses on a Saturday. No one could come out before Wednesday. I found Mary's Appliance repair on Angie's list and she told me they had a $129 flat rate charge for a gas dryer repair and that they had an opening that morning if I wanted it. Mary came out that morning with her Husband, Mike, and they identified the problem and fixed it within a couple of hours. They were very professional, competent and friendly in their manner. I would not hesitate to call them for any appliance repair and I would highly recommend them to any one I know.

    Our refrigerator had stopped cooling and the freezer stopped freezing. We called around and they had the soonest availability (next day). He arrived on time and was the actual owner himself. He had an idea of what was wrong based on the symptoms, but did a thorough examination of the refrigerator anyways. He determined that the defrost system was bad. He said it would be a waste of our money if we were to pay him to fix it because we had sm. freon leaks in the back that was causing the compressor to get too hot and that the fridge wasn't going to last that long anyways and that instead of the price of the repairs we were better to invest the money into a new fridge. He was honest and put our best interest above him getting paid for the job. He didn't even charge us for the service call saying that with us having 6 kids and needing a new fridge we would really need the money for that. I was very happy with the service and would recommend him to others.

    We called them to repair our washing machine.  It took the guy four visits over two weeks (and 3 trips to the laundromat) to let us know that it would be just as expensive to repair it as it would be to buy a new machine.  Upon expressing our frustration, the company did refund our service call fee.  Because the company attempted to make things right, because they have a price match policy, and because we prefer to keep our money in the local economy by avoiding big chain stores, we decided to purchase a new washer through this store.  The sales clerk was friendly and helpful.  Unfortunately, the company delivered the entirely wrong washing machine!  Again, we called to express our displeasure.  The company offered to replace the machine with the right one or give us a $100 refund.  I appreciated their willingness to make things right, which is why they didn't get a lower rating.
