  My chimney had rotted boards on it that were in dire need of replacement. I hired MZK because of their knowledge of the situation and their high rating on Angie's list. MZK recommended using PVC trim so that I would never have a rot problem again. MZK took care of everything including getting matching paint, purchasing and installing the boards and painting.

  Big difference between the professional, organized, thoughtful sales process and the terrible quality of actual work performed. Salesman promoted the ongoing certification and training their installers receive. Not sure whose certification was in the presentation, but there's no chance the people who installed my roof are certified. Salesman demonstrated why edgevents are needed - very convincing to increase air flow in attic, which is obviously critical. Only problem is roof was completely installed without any... Any place other than normal roof (ie, above garage, above windows, etc) the shingles are visibly not even with the house. I can visibly see bare wood in one area, and they must have decided my old (different colored) shingles we're good enough above one window. Wasn't even touched. Destroyed shrubs in front landscaping. Broke a piece of trim on the house. Left a huge piece of foam on the highest roof point. Very attractive. The "clean up", which was sold as this thorough process using a magnetic device to find all loose nails actually consisted of two family members who came with the crew on the last day, and must have decided it was better to sit in my garage all day vs finding nails. My family and I have now received the gift of getting to pick up dozens of nails in the driveway, throughout the yard, and including on a basketball court. Nothing beats a sharp roof nail bouncing into a kids eye while shooting hoops. The installation was crap, not done right, trash left everywhere, need to replace shrubs etc. Thanks source one! Getting a new roof allows me to take on multiple other projects.

  Excellent. Young man by the name of Elmer came out the same day we called ASR (a couple of days before Xmas). We showed him photos of the problems. He examined the roof, confirmed the problems, explained how they occurred, how they could be repaired. and what was covered/not covered by the ASR warranty. The job was scheduled for Dec. 26. Elmer showed up (earlier than scheduled) and went right to work. The repairs were completed quickly for the price quoted. (We didn't get any other estimates, so I cannot really comment on the price.) Elmer took before/after photos, which he provided to us. Totally satisfied.

  I have to say first that I had these guys put a new roof on my house last Feb and they did an awesome job came back 2 or 3 times to clean up the mess to make sure we were happy but I don't know what the heck happened between then and now cause I called them two weeks ago 10/19/18 to come give me a price so Matt comes out and all he does is give me a price on gutters so I call them back and tell them I want a price on the wood also so about an hour later matt calls me to tell me he is on his way back out and here we are two weeks later and no call and no Matt.

  From the initial meeting up to the install Justin and his team were very professional. The arrived on time and would ask if there was any questions. During the initial meeting Justin arrived at the house and provided an estimate and was very informative on the two options. On the day of the install his team arrived on time and finished the project around 6 pm. They did a very good job cleaning up and the next morning Justin came by to pick up the leftover parts and did another sweep of the property to clean up anything left behind. I was very pleased with how roofing and beyond handle my roof installation and would definitely hire them again.
